I’ve only been a customer for three Deliveries. The food tasted good and it agreed with my digestive system. However, my 2nd order didn’t arrive, and I was told I have to wait a week for the order. I initially gave Dineamic 1 star for delivering 50% of the time, and now it's 66%, so I've increased my rating to 3 stars. Keep delivering what I've ordered, and you may get five stars.

0 if I could!! Absolutely horrifying customer service the person just talks on top of you with zero interest in listening. The meals made me very ill and on repeat she asked for batch number of meals that made me sick on the carton of the meal already eaten means it would obviously been thrown away. If you cant offer another solution rather than obnoxiously talk over your customer you should absolutely NOT be in the service industry and then hangs up the phone on you ...maturity, professionalism and quality of food provide all get a zero from me!!! I usually dont bother with reviews but that was so bad on another level!!!!

Extremely incompetent and lazy support staff with buggy platform (poor development). It's impossible to get on a weekly order cadence with them after requesting multiple times. Support "manager" Viven has no idea what she's doing.

They have no idea how to actually manage their platform, which is full of bugs and mixes up order/billing dates so orders don't get processed. I have to babysit them each week for them to send out the my order, no one goes to any effort to make sure the schedule is set up the way it should be.

Every single instance of trying to place an order has resulted in a technical headache, resulting in orders being skipped or delayed.

I have tried a bunch of ready-made meal companies, and Dineamic is miles ahead of the rest. The food is amazing - fresh and tasty. The food trays are genius and use minimal plastic. The gnocchi was one of the best of ever eaten - even better than restaurants!

Ordered these meals for my elderly mother who said the following:
Meals were bland and there was very little meat and all very small pieces. Rice and noodles not cooked properly and soggy vegetables. Won't be getting from there again.

Fantastic food, all free range products or sustainably sourced. Packaging is environmentally conscious and they are constantly improving as well. We have tried a lot of delivery meal services and this is by far the best.

We have tried many ready food meal companies and DIneamic is head and shoulders above the rest. The food is the best we've eaten - healthy and flavoursome (you often have to compromise on one of those) - and the company is ethical (excellent animal welfare practices and low plastic packaging as much as possible). The innovative food trays deserve an award and everyone should be doing this. This is a genuine review and I hope is enough for others try for themselves to see if they agree.

Awful customer service. Delivery driver left them outside my building on a busy street despite clearly saying to leave inside the lobby and when I reached out to customer service to find out where my package was I was offered zero assistance. Advised that I will need to pay and reorder again.

I had a very poor experience with Dinematic and will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order of meals for my elderly mother, who is housebound while recovering from surgery and was relying on this delivery for her weekly meals. We even included a note on the order stating that she was recovering. Despite this, no delivery was made.

Dinematic later claimed the driver had tried to deliver — but my mother’s intercom never rang, her phone was never called, and nobody attempted the unlocked entrance door. She was home all day, waiting, and had a friend check multiple times around the scheduled delivery time, but nobody came.

I had to notify Dinematic that the delivery hadn’t happened — they had no follow-up process themselves. When I called, customer service told me the issue was with the courier and that they could only contact them by email. The responsibility was pushed onto the delivery company, and no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue. Even after I explained that my mother had now been left without food for 48 hours, no attempt was made to help or provide an urgent solution.

In the end, I had to contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery. I also wrote to Dinematic outlining the situation, but my email was ignored. The order eventually arrived two days late, with no notice, apology, or support.

My experience showed that once you place an order, Dinematic takes no responsibility for what happens next. They are quick to blame third parties and offer no customer care.

Be cautious before ordering — I certainly won’t be again.

I was heating up the satay chicken meal and as it was heating, I reeked of off fish. When peeling open, I could see fish skin throughout and it stunk even more. Made me sick.
Froze the meal when I received it and only unfroze a week later in the microwave to eat. It smells off and mixed with fish, which it’s not meant to be. Makes me question how they prepare food, store it and the ingredients they use. I hate writing negative reviews but I do not want anyone to waste their money on something so poor quality. I have photos if needed

Be wary with this company, the meals are generally good but they changed my order, i order 14 meals for 2 weeks each being 2 different dishes, last order they sent me the same dish i got 14 Bangers and mash meals which i not good for my nutrition. Despite me have no substitution selected ,it was just pure laziness on their part. the substitution change does not help customers.

Worst food and packaging. You heat it, and it is in a pouch, and you have to pour it into a bowl or on a plate, and it looks like dog food. You can get other food companies that are amazing; you need to run away from this terrible one.

They are very tasty meals arrive when they should.

Dineamic has made leaps and bounds in recent months improving the quality of its meals.

While there are still some hit a misses dishes like its lamb ragu, pesto pasta and tandoori chicken are enjoyable.

I love ordering online it's so easy and convenient. The meals are delicious but it would be good if new meals were introduced more often and have breakfast items on the menu..
