One box was more than enough – disappointing on all fronts

We ordered one box from Dineamic and unfortunately, that will be our last. First issue: the box was delivered to the wrong address — not a great start. But the real disappointment was the food itself.

We’ve tried three meals so far:
• Chilli Con Carne – a mushy, unappetizing mess with no texture.
• Sweet and Sour Pork – the pork was incredibly dry and unpleasant to eat.
• Satay Chicken – absolutely no satay flavour whatsoever, just bland and underwhelming.

The meals were universally poor in both flavour and texture — not remotely worth the price. We’re going straight back to Youfoodz. Dineamic is not a service we’ll be using again.

Overpromised and underdelivered

When I first tried Dineamic years ago their meals were excellent - full of flavour and the proteins were well-cooked. Having had a few now as part of a meal box, I cannot say I am impressed. Thoroughly lacking flavour, (if you had told me there was not a single peanut in the Satay Chicken, I would believe you), and overcooked, dry proteins, and the texture is all wrong (Chili con Carne is a gloopy, confused mess).

Don't waste your money on these ones. There are much better options out there (YouFoodz, MyMuscleChef). I'd give these meals 1 star out of spite but for the fact they are, regrettably, edible. You just probably won't enjoy it.

Hi I loved the new pepper steak but


Hi I loved the new pepper steak but would have loved it more minus the pepper I just don’t like anything the slightest bit spicy or with pepper however I still enjoyed it but probably won’t order again bit of a bummer cos it is really really nice. Thanks Lorrsine

I appreciate the phone call as I live in a gated community and I am visually impaired and reading messages is difficult for me.

Finally FODMAP friendly

This is the only business I've come across that does low FODMAP meals, and they do them quite well. Not having to worry about the ingredients list every time makes life easier and they've made a real effort with the packaging which I appreciate. Hopefully one day a home-compostable bioplastic can be used for the lid and liner but otherwise a great start and more than most are doing!
My favourite so far is the lamb korma and all of the pork dishes, thank you for catering to the FODMAP intolerant people out there!

Healthy and delicious

I'm the kind of person that cooks from scratch and doesn't like frozen food and yet, i love this range!! I always have a few of these meals in my freezer on the days where cooking is too big of a chore. Better than take out, the macros are solid and honestly tastes delicious. I add a few of my own spices and sides to tailor to my taste and i just love that i can stay on track with my goals even on the days I'm too lazy to cook

Great selection of low fodmap meals!

Easy to re-order with only a few clicks. Delivery is simple and mine comes overnight which is very handy. Food is great. Currently on a low fodmap diet and the 10 x low fodmap meals are great. I love the Maple Pork with brown rice and broccoli! Will continue to order these meals.

Good communication/Delivery/Taste

Communication from Dineamic was good and the 2 hour window for delivery was great as I could plan my day around it. Still trying out new dishes but the meal size and taste had been good so far.

The food isn't bad but not worth the harassment

The food isn't bad. However - the relentless marketing emails are so excessive and annoying that it isn't worth it. I emailed and requested they stop, and was assured that they would, yet I'm still receiving stupid emails about nothing helpful at all. Some nonsense about Easter chocolate. They're also written as though they think their customers are stupid. Just stop. Is this really an effective marketing strategy? I've already placed an order - there no need to keep spamming! You're driving people away. FFS.

Taste!

Great food with something a lot of foods are lacking today and that is taste....!!
The variety of options are exhaustive and cover most food groups and include good proportions of veggies. Top marks and definitely worth the try. Cheers

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. First order was never delivered and no attempt was made to advise was not going to be. Location app would update all day to advise coming and never did. I contacted the customer service email and was replied to the next day to advise was cancelled and nothing more to be done.

When ordered online required immediate payment; when failed to delivered advised 10 days to refund. Real concerns with such practice

Very pleased with Dineamic food which has been the best ready meal company we have tried. Food tastes very nice and fresh, love the environment friendly packaging. Great customer service and reliable delivery. Easy process to order.
