I searched the Internet for an Aico Dresser and came upon the company Emma Watson/ Diningrooms outlet.com. I called the company and spoke to a gentlemen named Gregg Sharma. He was super helpful. He knew the product, he knew what I wanted and went the extra mile to put an item on the website for me that wasn't there. That's the kind of salespeople we need. Amazing service, very friendly and highly skilled gentleman. I recommend this furniture company. You can buy from the phone, and I was very impressed with Gregg's professionalism and customer service.

Sydney was excellent throughout the ordering process and ensured I understood delivery packages and shipping updates. I appreciate her patience with my many questions. I’ve made several purchases with Emma Mason and have had very good experiences. If something does not meet your expectations they will work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

I ordered a table and it took 2+ months to arrive. spent over 1,200 . When it did arrive it was damaged/chipped in several spots. The finish work was awful. Called cust svd. while delivery men were still her bc that what the said to do. Stayed on hold for 30-40 min. They offer me a $40 credit or return pieces. Said they may be able to get more credit. Still haven't recd credit weeks later. Poor quality and poor customer service. Never again.
