I have been purchasing licensed software from DirectDeals for a couple of years and have always been satisfied. Any time there has been a hiccup in the delivery or licensing, they have been responsive and corrected the situation quickly.

Personnel
I worked with Keith. He was a very gregarious and extremely knowledgeable about your products. The download went well with one small issue.
After the download you have to look carefully as the choice to load the key is faint. It should be the top choice highlighted vs. being second in dimmer font. Could be my eyes.

A Good Online Company Can Be Hard To Find...
Tech support went out of their way to help me. I had to leave a message (didn't think I would hear back) AND they called me back. I was shocked. And I could understand them as they were in America. I have difficulty with some accents, unfortunately, so that's important to me. I digress...
I HIGHLY recommend them. My purchase was in 2016! 2016! He helped me like I just made my purchase! My point is... they have honor and good character. Feel confident and safe doing business with them!
