I was in Fatima in 12/26/22 didn't have too much time to shop and I could have been there all day. I was on a Spain and Portugal trip and they only gave us 1 hour.Visiting the church took most of my time and it gave 10 minutes to shop and had to leave.

Love the products. High quality.

This is the best place to get gifts and wonderful Lourds items

Errata corrige: Premettendo che avevo dato una pessima recensione sia all'azienda "Direct from Lourdes, sia alla "Catholic Gift Shop", mi sono ricreduta, dato che Catholic Gift Shop Ltd. ha dimostrato di essere alla fin fine un'azienda seria che prende in considerazione le istanze di chi (la sottoscritta) ha inviato una donazione esagerata (€100 Euro invece di €10) per errore per la mera richiesta di consegnare una preghiera urgente alla Grotta di Lourdes. Riconoscendo l'errore, Catholic Gift Shop ha inviato oggi stesso il rimborso di €90,00 per cui ringrazio e mi scuso per le precedenti recensioni! T.C.

Errata Corrige: I would like to change my last two (2) reviews which were rather negative probably due to a gross misunderstanding or some technical mishap. "Direct from Lourdes" and "Catholic Gift Shop Ltd." finally refunded today the €90,00 difference due me for an excessive donation I mistakenly sent for the mere request of delivering an urgent prayer to the Grotto in Lourdes. After several mishaps, Catholic Gift Shop Ltd. did send me the refund and for this I thank them and apologize for the less than flattering prior review I wrote about both "Direct from Lourdes" and "Catholic Gift Shop". Im from Miami and I ordered a rosary and holy water. Came faster as I expected. Very well wrapped and the rosary is beautiful, the stone are real and they sent me 3 stamps as a gift. Im very satisfied with this store. Of course Ill buy again.

My purchase started off disastrously, because the merchant's website just didn't work properly, compounded by a cheery form e-mail from the merchant suggesting that I was too stupid to remember to check out.

But they quickly sent me a direct link to complete the translation, and the goods were shipped quickly and efficiently after that.

Had a problem ordering from the website, but, had an excellent customer service , who resolved the problem, and order completed with absolutely no problem. Within 2 days the product was delivered. Excellent service and beautifully packaged.

I believe in miracles ever since I was a little girl. All the pains and sickness with a strong faith through this Holy Water of Our Lady of Lourdes was gone.

Shipping was one of the Miracle when I asked that hopefully the Holy Water I was waiting will arrive soon. It happened it was shipped Monday I received it the following Monday. In short it took only 5 days instead of 10-14 business days.

I have been purchasing Lourdes Water for a few years now and always received my orders very well packaged. I bless myself and my husband every day with the Lourdes Water and could not do without it.

I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE PAYMENT AND WROTE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY RESPONDED RIGHT AWAY AND FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS ABLE TO PLACE THE ORDER

I ordered 6 bottles of water from Lourdes. It was packaged beautifully and safely. It included a variety of Holy Cards. The bottles were protected and put in lovely little mesh bags. The images on the bottles are soothing. I was able to give them directly to those who needed the comfort and reassurance from Mary.
