Had a guy come out on 10/12/25 almost 4 months ago) to measure my kitchen. Heard absolutely nothing since, no follow up call, no quote, nothing. Horrendous service.

Fantastic service. Really happy with our kitchen. Great quality units and fitting at a good price.

I’ve used direct kitchens 3 times over the years to upgrade the kitchen in 3 different houses. They are very efficient and stick to dates and timings. Carl was very good with design ideas. We are delighted with our new kitchen. The fitters are very friendly and just really nice people. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you.

I am a widow in my 70's. I used my life savings to treat myself to my dream kitchen. I paid direct kitchens £11,292.00.

On day 1 they sent two kitchen fitters. They ripped out my old kitchen and put it in the skip. They insisted my floor was uneven and would need to be re-laid before the new kitchen could be fitted. They said they could lay a new floor and warned me I would be waiting weeks if I gave the job to anyone else. They charged me £964 for the floor.

They poured a self-levelling compound. Some of the mix was not wet enough to self-level and they made a total mess of the new floor. They promised to sand/polish the uneven areas smooth but never did.

Whilst working at my property, they were seen drinking cans of lager and left numerous empty cans in the skip.

They left my new kitchen incomplete (85% finished) and never returned just giving numerous excuses. For example, my dog has died, the van has broken down and I have got something in my eye.

I complained to Direct Kitchens and they arranged for my floor to be re-laid (another £200 cost). However, they only used a small amount of floor screed. Hence, my floor is still uneven in places and is more uneven now than it was to begin with.

The outstanding/unfinished parts of the kitchen were completed on 14th October by another kitchen fitter from Direct Kitchens who was really professional.

This saga ran from 19th August to 14th October 2025. I was told it would be completed in a week.

Coordination of everything faultless. Contractors lined up pre job and organise hand offs, saving me so much time. Great workers you can trust. Have recommended them to friends already. Great company to deal with. Commitment to delivering high quality spot on.

Utterly amazing from start to finish. I measured for 12 doors and 3 drawers , direct kitchens gave me great instructions how to do this correctly. When my doors and draws arrived 15 days later, they fitted perfectly. I fitted the kitchen in half a day. I chose a shaker style, great quality, great value, great customer service! So so reasonable , I am spreading the word

Overall we are delighted with our new kitchen. The fitters, plumber and electrician did a brilliant job. One star deducted as we feel a couple of issues that we had prior to fitting should have been highlighted and dealt with earlier and in a more professional manner.

We recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by Direct Kitchens after they were recommended by our builder, and we are very pleased with the results. Carl was very professional and helped us to choose our kitchen based on our budget, the administrative team were great on communications and the fitters Danny & Charlie were respectful and courteous when we had a new baby in the home. We would definitely use Direct Kitchens again.

The service was good. The colours lovely. The time and expertise of fitting excellent.

Second time we've had a kitchen installed by direct,this time in our new home.Exactly what we wanted,really happy with the end result and Chris our fitter was amazing.If we ever move again,would yet again be our 1st choice.

these people have lost it. first they crashed into my car and then have a cheek to try and blame it on us because there employee wants to lie now. they can even own up and apologise. pathetic

The fitters were friendly, efficient and carried out the work to a high standard. They also made sure they made as little mess or inconvenience whilst working in our home. We would certainly recommend them.

I do not like how the wood has a join at one end I've sent in phots but still not been acknowledged

From start to finish they looked after us very well.
No pushy sales people.
Went to the showroom and was given there full attention and listened to what we wanted, was given our date for installing.
Was kept up to date on everything.
On the day it self could not fault Callum and his team for a job well done.
Well done to the Direct Kitchen team.
Will defiantly use again and will recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous experience from the beginnings of the planning stage to the fitment and installation. Carl was helpful and gave knowledgable guidance without being pushy. I am delighted with the service I have received from Direct Kitchens. From the initial estimate to the final finished project, the service I received was excellent. Everyone turned up on time and were professional. The final finished wardrobe is first class. Recommended.

Excellent service, no fuss and totally reliable as was the kitchen fitter.
We had new doors and some appliances after having our original kitchen from Direct Kitchens 20 years ago.
