Problem's from the start with this company first thing was the rushing through from start to finish, issues with the fitting and design, washing machine tried to escape it's cupboard fitters came back and stuffed a few strips of cupboard backing under it , obviously this didn't work, I contacted the company again and was told it was now down to the washing machine supplier due to it being a faulty machine, This supplier company was excellent and arrived quickly with a new machine the fitter from this company said the door was not assembled correctly,after swapping the machine he said there was nothing wrong with the original machine it just hadn't been fitted correctly!!
All doors were wonky, the company sent out a rude argumentative little snagger,that obviously didn't like his job and tried to bulls##t me with his obnoxious excuses, there have been a lot of other things as time has passed but not wanting to waste any more time with this cowboy outfit I have sorted things myself , the final issue that has spurred me to write this review was noticed today when water started pouring out from under the sink that has also ruined the mullion and bottom of the sink unit having looked at the multiple elbows and joints jumbled together I found the issue, a bodged reducer from 40mm to 32mm when all the pipes are the same size how this has lasted at all is a miracle hope this helps with your decision

Wholeheartedly agree with several of the one star reviews.
Our experience was many samples of laminates were discontinued. Carl visited us with new small swatch samples – with his initial help we picked a plain one (no marking at all). One hour prior to fitting we paid the full balance, but had to stop the fitter as the worktops being fitted did not look like what we chosen.
I don’t know if Carl knew to what extent this laminate design differed from the sample chosen. We were asked to visit the showroom to pick another – this was a very rushed affair as the fitting needed to be done the next day due to the fitters being very busy till mid-October.
We picked a second laminate from a larger sized sample from a different manufacturer – that sample was plain with no crack markings on it, however the worktops we have been left with have crack marks particularly in one area, spoiling the effect of the kitchen.
We insisted Carl visit to assess the worktops, only for him to groan insisting this was the manufacturers design making it appear like cracked stone. He could do nothing other than contact the manufacturer rep on our behalf to see if they thought it was a fault.
As yet we have not heard from anyone and don’t think we will.
Carl pointed out this was the second laminate I had chosen and did not like – NOT SO at all – so buyer beware when choosing from laminate samples.
Very distressed and disappointed and would not recommend Direct Kitchens, Ecclesfield.

Excellent service from start to finish. Fitters were amazing very clean and tidy nothing was too much trouble for them. Very happy with my new kitchen it looks beautiful. Had it in a month now and have had no problems.

Great product and good helpful staff..Tom the Fitter had high standards and a quality Fitter...all round good experience 👍🏻

This is my 3rd kitchen from these guys, always a brilliant service from start to finish, wouldn't use anyone else 😁

We recently had a fitted kitchen installed by Direct Kitchens and we are highly delighted with the results. From the design stage to completion of the project which took even down to cleaning cupboards and floor leaving no mess, first class job all round. The fitting team were very polite and very thorough in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Great job!!!👍👍👍👍

From the start we said it was a kitchen update, part renovation, something the business advertises, had a guy round to the house who did a quote, then when we wanted to go ahead they said they don't do anything but whole kitchens. Do they actually know what they are doing!! What an absolute waste of time for everyone.

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. The whole process of visiting the showroom, choosing the style and designing the layout of the kitchen, to the fitting and attention to detail has been excellent and the staff in the showroom and the fitters have all been very friendly, skilled and professional.

Thank you to Direct Kitchens for the excellent experience we have had with them. From the moment we stepped through direct kitchens showroom to having our kitchen fitted we cannot fault them. Our kitchen looks amazing. We will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to have a new kitchen fitted.

My kitchen looks absolutely fantastic. Carl was great at coming up with ideas to make my small kitchen look bigger with lots of storage! Richard was friendly and did an excellent job fitting my kitchen and making sure it was up to a high quality standard. Would recommend!

Very pleased with my fitted wardrobes, good service from the staff at the showroom to the workmen who fitted the wardrobes. Would use their services again.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Carl did a great job with the design of my mums kitchen and made the whole process stress free. Matt and Jack the fitters were great and worked really hard to get the fit completed in a week .Thankyou would definitely recommend.

Everyone did a great job - the design, customer service, fitting, building/joinery, flooring and electrical work. It wasn't just a replacement kitchen but some structural work was needed - all finished on time and looking great. Thanks to all involved.

The team at Direct Kitchens transformed my kitchen in less than 2 weeks. The builders and electricians were exceptional and Tom, the fitter took just 3 and a half days to complete to perfection! I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

From going into the showroom to the finished kitchen, we had fantastic service. We had an idea of what we wanted and were helped and suggestions made until we were happy with our decision. The kitchen fitter was excellent, friendly and hardworking, and did a lovely job for us. We are really happy with the result and everything works perfectly for us.

Great service from start to finish, love my Sage green shaker kitchen and the Quart worktops, It was a great price just how i want it to look, Also to a fab fitter neil who did an amazing job and very thorough with what he does quality work man ship, very please with him. I would recommend this place and the fitter who did the kitchen and the lovely gas fitter who fitted the hob and the quart lads but didn't catch their names was all amazing.

The company was recommended by friends who had had a new kitchen installed and we were very impressed. Our discussion with Carl was constructive and detailed pricewise though to be honest we felt there was so much choice it was difficult to make a decision.
We found all the tradesmen to be knowledgeable and helpful. They always arrived on time and were polite.
We would recommend Direct Kitchens to others but be aware in the small print it did say we were expected to load our old kitchen units into the skip - hard work when you're approaching 80 years of age! Otherwise a positive experience!

Excellent service from planning to fitting .
Kitchen was fully fitted within a week , fitters were friendly, polite & very professional.
