slechte communicatie, nog steeds trouwens. Geen reactie op mails, geen nieuws rond vb mijn laadpaal. Onduidelijke site voor het bestellen van een nieuw voertuig.

wacht al meer dan een week op de contractueel voorziene vervangwagen...

ik vraag me af of je als klant je ook zulke contractuele vrijheden kan permitteren

Ik had hele goede reviews gelezen dus diende een aanvraag in. Maar in de commotie van over en heen mailen is mijn favoriet wagens tijdens de aanvraag weg. Geen probleem keuze genoeg lijkt me. Ik stuur alle documenten door voor de financiële analyse, krijg ik dubbele vragen, het is blijkbaar nog niet duidelijk (mijn loon word in 2 delen gestort maar dit staat op mijn loonstrook duidelijk vermeld. Ook stuurde ik uittreksels van de stortingen maar blijkbaar kunnen de personen die dit beheren er niet aan uit. Komt voor mij niet professioneel over en besluit ik elders te gaan.

Wagen besteld bij Mercedes concessie Roeselare en geleverd in Wommelgem.

Some people will have a good experience and others won't I'm part of those who would not recommend this company. I had a friend making a request and I'll ask her to withdrawal because there's no way in hell I want anyone i know to go through this bullshit.

I initially applied for a new car and unfortunately by the time I got approved it was already taken. I was offered 2 used cars as an option instead. One car had 4100km and the other 13000km. I decided to go for the car that had 4100km because I would personally not go for a lease on a used car, for that price I might as well get a loan for a new car.

Anyways, the contract is done and I was waiting on the delivery. Since we can only pick up cars on week days, I managed to take half a day off and my mom who was dropping me off was off so it was perfect. not even 48h prior I was informed that the car needed extra checks and wouldn't be ready and that I needed to reschedule. On the day I was supposed to get the car initially, I receive a call to tell me that the car is ready and I can pick it up... I have almost 2h drive to get there and had to work so it was impossible for me to do so. Had to take another half day off as well as my mother to go pick it up.

The day finally comes, the car has 41000km not 4100km... Had I known that I would've NEVER gone through with it! The car is good, , there's a huge stain on the passenger seat and a few scratches as it's used so whatever.
I communicate this to the sales person and so the only thing possible is a 5€ discount per month.
Needless to say that I cannot wait for the 3 years to be over!

The only reason I'm not putting 1 star is because the service was always very responsive, the people at the garage were lovely and accommodating. The car is fine, I just feel deceived.
