I originally rated this website 1 star because I ordered what was advertised as an authentic brand item but received a generic version instead. Iâve now updated my rating to 5 stars due to how quickly and professionally the seller resolved the issue.
My initial email regarding my complaint was answered within 24 hours, and I received a refund shortly after. Great customer service and a prompt resolution.
