Direct on Sale is always prompt with their correspondence, and deliveries are in a timely fashion. In regards to my latest purchase, being a fire pit I was disappointed with the size of the product.... ãã£ãšèŠã

Easy to purchase on a good website and the response with info and tracking info was prompt and efficient.
