I saw that my credit card was linked to unaffordable lending. I didn't think I would get anything. Well I did with Direct Redress. Kept me informed and Dylan was very helpful. I had to pay fees but it was money I didn't think I would get. Great service

Good communication and perseverance

I dealt with Direct Redress quite a few years ago with a PPI claim and was awarded quite a few thousand from my bank.
When I received an email from a few months ago asking if I’d had credit cards with certain companies and asked about unaffordable lending I thought I’d fill the questionnaire in and probably hear nothing more. To my absolute surprise I’ve been refunded almost £9’500!! Of course I have their fees to pay but I wouldn’t have done this on my own and without their help I certainly wouldn’t have thought in a million years that I’d get that sum back. Thank you!

Very happy with them, I took a chance in using them with my claim, expecting to be unsuccessful, but in the end I got just over a £1000. Thank you.

Great service and keeps you updated. Only downside is the fees. More than I expected but they do do all the legal work and you just sit back and wait.
So overall it’s a great service.

All I will say is this, do it, start your claims, my life was ruined my unaffordable lending, I take some responsibility, I made bad choices but, these companies, banks etc, take advantage of our vulnerabilities, no due diligence or lack of, people don’t live within their means and fall into crisis after crisis, a proper assessment should be done by the banks and lenders for credit cards and loans, for any sort of lending in fact. They won my money back because the correct processes were not followed, you should make a claim, no win no fee!

Would highly recommend this company who fought my case against Vanquis credit card and did not give up when Vanquis denied the claim but pursued it through the FOS to a successful conclusion.

I have had a great unexpected suprise that i wouldnt of know if it wasnt for the research that Durect Redress had carried out on my behalf. They claimed a large some of refund back to me. I had to pay a percentage to them for thete time and effort that i wouldnt have known
Thougjt it was a scam but had the money in my account today. I will recommend this to all my family and friends. Merry Christmas
