Avoid this company please .. I filled in the form saying they would let he know if I was due any refunds.. 2 months later all my credit cards were cancelled as they had written to these companies companies saying I was unhappy with how I had been treated.. 2 months after that my credit score went ridiculously low meaning I can get no credit . I went from over 10k available credit to not being able to get a credit card. They said they would write to these companies companies they didn’t now I am financially in a mess with cards asking for money to be paid back immediately and no available credit !

Kept informed of all stages of my claim. When contacted was always asked what I wanted to do. Received refund very quickly. The fee was fair and paid immediately. Swift and efficient. Would always use them again if needed to.

Like many other people I was extremely skeptical about the whole process of trying to claim back money from unaffordable lending accounts. Direct Redress have restored my faith in this process. They made every step easy and communication was absolutely superb. Nothing was complicated about this process and everything was explained in layman’s terms. I received a significant payout from one of my lenders to the tune of over £8,000 YES REALLY £8,000 and that was what I actually received after fees had been paid. I bought myself a swanky new bike with it and paid for my daughter’s airfares to North America and I’ve still got plenty of money left over. They won me my money this was on the 10th of June I then received a phone call saying that my bill needed paying but only when I received the money I write this on the 23rd of June which is 13 days later I received in total three phone calls asking for the money which I ended up paying before I received any payments from the company because I was being pressured the day after I had paid out of my own pocket I received a letter from this company saying my account had been referred to their accounts department due to non-payment I had actually spoken to the accounts manager and made my payment directly to him although the company did win my claim they are nothing but pressure in pressuring pressuring about payment in total I had to make the payment in less than two weeks from being contacted by them saying my claim was successful and before I had received payment from the company

Excellent service keep you well informed and once claim agreed got money in two days. Only bad thing is fees are a little high.

Direct redress are the only claims company I use. They are straight forward with charges and get results.

I responded to one of Direct Redress’ messages about Irresponsible Lending. I had no idea my credit card company could be lending too much to me, so was really surprised when Direct Redress got me over £2000! I had to pay them a fee, but i’ve still got a load of money I wouldn’t have without their help! Fantastic!

Tried to claim with my bank, TWICE may I add! and it proved to be a bloomin nightmare! I asked Direct Redress to step in, and I don’t know how they did it, but without any mither (at all) I got £3,213 back, in just 8 weeks!! I’m now a happy man

I had a tax refund from hmrc for £992.57but,the cheque was sent to direct redress.they deducted £511.68 from this amount then sent me a cheque for £480.89.how can this be legal?
