DirectStoreUK ( ebay name discountdiy17 )

Had a bit oi trouble reconciling DirectStoreUK to the ebay handle of discountdiy17 and only the address gave it away. They supplied what they advertised at a highly realistic price and the delivery was exactly as promised. Would not hesitate in using them again.

No product, no communication . . . .

I waited a week for the product to arrive and then contacted the seller to inform them. I waited 2 working days for the seller to reply to my email but nothing . . . . so am still out of pocket on this one with no explanation . . . a shame.

soften with use.

Perfect apart from it is strangely stiff. It doesn't fall into a loop when in position. I'm hoping this is because it's new and will soften with use.
