Won't honour warrenty

Won't honour warrenty, and claim it's customer damage.
USB C is srface mounted with 4 solder pads. No potting, not through the PCB, and no support from the casing.

A cheap crap design.

Charged 50% of the sticks value for a new USB PCB, and just "hung up" teh chat for 24 hours without any notice.

Nice stick, poor internal design, and NO Customer service

Do not buy from Winwingsim

My purchase was subject to a very serious delay, which already created a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the experience only became worse from there. Customer service is practically nonexistent and extremely difficult to reach. It is very clear that there is no proper European support structure in place, which makes resolving issues even more frustrating and time-consuming.

To make matters worse, the product did not work upon arrival. The Orion HOTAS was not recognized by the software at all, making it unusable from the start. On top of that, SimAppPro is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The software feels extremely poor in quality, unreliable, and badly designed. Instead of helping the user, it turns a basic setup process into an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

What is most disappointing is that the company does not seem capable of properly supporting its customers when problems arise. When you pay for specialized hardware, you expect at least a functional product and responsive after-sales support. In this case, neither expectation was met.

The product might be acceptable when it actually works, but everything surrounding it — shipping, software, support, and overall customer experience — is honestly terrible. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Please READ and TRUST me, NEVER buy from this company!

I ordered the URSA Minor Throttle and it broke after only 2 months because of quality issues

The WinCTRL support told me I will need to ship it back and pay for the shipping (17,49€). They also said that they will refund the shipping cost after the package arrives and sent out a new throttle.

The package arrived and about 1 month later the new package arrived at my house. But there was no throttle inside. They really sent me a 32 PACK Metal.

After writing back and fourth with the support for weeks because they hardly understand what you are saying and only reply with the same shit over and over again, they told me I will need to resend the wrong product back again, at my own cost (17,49€).

I didnt even get the 17,49€ back (until this day) that I paid for shipping the broken Throttle out and now they want me to pay again for their mistake?

I opened a PayPal Case and the only solution was to send the wrong item back, in order to get my money that i paid for the throttle. Thanks to PayPal, for covering the shipping cost.

Let that sink in please!

I would never buy from this company again, and I recommend that to every single one of you who is reading this review. Never ever buy from them!

Bin richtig Sauer - hab eine Pre-Order im Shop bei Winwing abgegeben. Dann kam die Info dass die Ware da ist - hab ich ca 2 Tage nach erhalt gelesen und dann wollte ich bezahlen - Nix mehr da - ist sehr enttÀuschend. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

The Hardware Is NICE, but....

First off, Winwingsim is not a scam! You can see the products in action on multiple FS Shows and the products are great.

Shipping is also very fast within the European Union. No problems with the hardware at all. Very good packaged and quality is of high material.

The backlighting of the products are superb! The switch are working nice and also the dimension are true to the original.

That said, the software support sucks! The only support they currently are developing for Airliner Cockpits is mostly on FS2024 and XP12. There are lots of flight simmers like me that cannot move to XP12 or are willing to move to FS because multi-monitor setup or expensive add-ons or even other reasons.

I bought lots of hardware but couldn’t use them because the announced support for XP11 but never delivered. They now even stopped developing on that platforms.

So hardware from WWS is only compatible with FS2020/24 and XP12.

Sinds 2026 I also noticed that the pre-ordering function isn't working anymore. They promise you a discount (which they have given in the past) but cancel your order so you have to re-order when the item is available without the discount.

Until 2026 support was very fast and tried to help you where the could, but that has changed also. Unfortunately if you need these products you just have to live with incompatibilities and not helping support.

Warranty denial on a 10-month-old product, no working contact email

Three buttons on my Ursa Minor Space/Fighter HOSAS failed during normal use within 10 months of purchase. When I opened a warranty ticket, they marked it as "Out of Warranty Period" despite my payment date clearly showing April 2025. Under EU consumer law, the warranty period is 2 years and the burden of proof lies with the seller, not the buyer.
To make matters worse, both official contact emails return "address not found", meaning there is no way to escalate the issue outside their own ticket system, which they control entirely.
I have filed a formal complaint with the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Avoid if you expect any post-sale support.

absoluter Schrott

absoluter Schrott. Billiges Plastik. dann muss man sich eine App herunter laden. Die Sim App Pro. Nur so soll man die Hardware (1 x EFIS L,€84.00 1 x FCU Unit1,€138.29 1 x URSA MINOR 32 Throttle Metal / 32 PAC Metal,€233.25) zum spielen bringen. Absolute Fehlanzeige. Im MsFs2020 lÀuft da jedenfalls gar nichts.
Ein absoluter Griff ins Klo!!! Bin gespannt wie der Support ist (Chinesen)

Bad quality - will never purchase again

I bought the orion pedals, MCDU, FCU, URSA Minor Joystick, etc... most peripherals for ABUS 320. I had issues with the USB-C connector on the FCU and the Joysitck. I had to buy a new FCU because it was out of warranty. The joystick's USB-C connector also broke yesterday and they claimed through pictures that I sent that it was mishandled. No replacement, no refund. The company is asking to pay for a new board. I will never buy again from these people. The quality of the connectors is terrible.

Die Lieferzeiten fÌr neu angekÌndigte Produkte sind zwar lang, aber dieses wird von der Firma auch klar kommuniziert. Der Kunde tÀtigt auch nur eine Vorbestellung, an die er nicht gebunden ist. Sobald das neue Produkt verfÌgbar ist, hat der Kunde 48 Stunden Zeit, die Bezahlung zu tÀtigen. Zahlt er nicht, wird die Vorbestellung storniert. Ich habe nach erfolgter Zahlung nie lÀnger als drei Werktage auf die Lieferung warten mÌssen, und ich habe mittlerweile neun verschiedene Produkte bestellt.

Finger weg von dene. Support ist kein Support. Der hilft einem Ìberhaupt nicht. Man bekommt eine Sendungsnummer die ware wurde aber nie versendet. Man wird vertröstet bis zum 20.02. zu warten ansonsten wird neu versendet oder man bekommt vllt. mit viel glÌck das geld zurÌck. ist nicht das erstemal.

Not as bad as reviews make them out to be. Brilliant product.

Let me start by saying I have no vested interest in WinCtrl (formerly WinWing).

Since early December 2025 I've placed multiple orders totalling well over £1200.

All the items I've ordered have been showing as in stock and all were despatched within 24 hours. The only delay in receiving my items was New Year's Day.

I appreciate some people have had negative experiences. But that hadn't been mine.

One review on Trustpilot says they're a scam website. They definitely are not a scam website.

They do appear to have logistics problems with certain items.

The products are brilliant if you enjoy flight sims such as DCS or MSFS.

Think twice before ordering

The products are fine if you consider the price. Service is horrible, answering in endless circles until consumers give up.
One defect after 5 months can not be resolved, one package never arrived to to wrong labeling from the shipper. Shipping fee was never refunded because winwingsim (now winctrl) did not get in contact with the shipper (who privided a casenumber for the refund).

Winctrl is fine, as long as you can wait for your product and have no fault or need help. Documentation is non existent.

Endless Wait

I ordered bunch of stuff to EU. Worth at least 2k EUR. first "batch" of 1k EUR worth was delivered, the other was on preorder. They keep postponing preorder delivery. Yes, I did not pay yet for this part but they set an ETA date and then change it to "coming soon". This happened several times. As one other reviewer wrote, "don't buy unless you want to wait for 6 months". Very dissapointed!

Huge show, no deliveries

Pre-order placed in EU shop in September 2025. no order fulfillment, but showing availability in Global store. Delivery date always postponed. Unreliable supplier. WinWing stop doing always New announcements of products. Fulfill customer orders, otherwise you will disappear from the market faster, than you entered it

Finger weg von WinWing

Ware Anfang Dezember 2025 bestellt und bezahlt. Packet wurde versendet und von DHL in DE ÃŒbernommen. Auf halbem Weg wurde das Packet von DHL an den Absender in DE zurÃŒck geschickt.
Das war vor 5 Wochen. Auf Nachfrage immer die gleiche Ausrede von WinWing „Man habe vom Lieferanten (DHL) noch keinen RÃŒcksendegrund erhalten, weshalb auch das Geld nicht zurÃŒck bezahlt werden könne“. Auf eigene Nachfrage bei DHL wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man den Absender der Ware ÃŒber den Grund der RÃŒcksendung informiert habe. Das war vor 3 Wochen. Kundenservice von WinWing nicht existent bzw fragwÃŒrdiger Chatbot.

Scam website! Parcel never arrived, paypal is paying their game and left out of pocket by 130 pounds. Police case will be raised and these scammers will be reported to trading standards as well as other review websites!
