It was a straightforward process when answering any questions and uploading documents. If you need help, there is a number you could call.

Very Simple and user friendly process

Easy to complete, no hassle

Was well led out and easy to use. Very helpful if any extra support or help is or was needed.

I found the team very helpful with any queries I had.

Very easy and straightforward to deal with.

Very thorough and helpful

Slow, ask for so much information for references even though I provide bank statement as proof, any transactions incoming are seen as income, even refunds.

Overall the communication wasn't too bad, however it was a little slow.

I was also told that you were unable to contact my previous employer, and that I had to provide the contact details of my manager etc. This simply wasn't true, as you only requested the info from my previous employer after you had told me that they were uncontactable.

It was also raised that there were certain transactions that could be interpreted as income. Some of the higlighted transactions were clearly labelled as friends paying me back for amazon purchases / dinner and it just seemed like an unnecessary step that delayed the application being processed.

Keep informed during the process with email updates.

The process was smooth sailing with no problems, all communication was thorough and fluent, I can say this was a very efficient process and company to deal with.

Very simple and user friendly process, which I completed in no time at all.

Request for information was clear. Easy to upload document. Straight forward process

Easy ad straightforward, even for a technophobe like myself
