Worst social media platform with no support. They don't care about the customers and don't be surprised if one day your account will be banned for no reason and the support only ignoring you with an automated reply.

The support is terrible. They disable account for stupid or no reason at all. You can't appeal because the simple response is: "Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account."
This is a bot response btw. No reason, no explanation, nothing. They care only about money from nitro. No customer support, no comunication with community.
I just got logged out from my discord while I was voice-chat and when I was trying to log-in it says my account was been disabled. I've got NO EMAILS from discord that day informing me about this. This can't be accepted.

Discord est un excellent réseau social qui se distingue des autres par ses mécanismes de serveurs et aux bots aidant à la modération par exemple.
L'interface est correcte et intuitive, il n'y a rien à redire à ce sujet.

En revanche, le support... C'est une catastrophe. Le support met énormément de temps à répondre lorsque l'on contacte le service "Confiance et Sécurité". Tout cela pour obtenir une simple réponse copiée-collée inutile. Et parfois, ils ne répondent même pas du tout. C'est très peu professionnel !

-> Edit: la catégorie "Confiance et Sécurité" a été supprimé, le système actuel est encore plus pourrie que avant.

De plus, les développeurs ne semblent pas écouter la communauté pour les mises à jour. Ils font parfois des choix étranges et stupides, comme la suppression du tag à la fin des pseudos (par exemple : Utilisateur#1234).

En conclusion, Discord est un excellent réseau social à utiliser de manière ordinaire (comme moi la plupart du temps), mais le support est désastreux et les choix des développeurs laissent parfois à désirer.

Derfor anbefaler jeg Teamspeak, eller hvilket som helst alternativ derude, som IKKE er Discord.

Ekstremt ressource-hæftig applikation på computeren, uden logisk grund.

Hvis jeg konstant skal logge ind, som i 1998 - kunne jeg lige så godt undgå at logge online overhovedet.

Det her gider jeg ikke - jeg er mere værd dette, og sån er alle andre individer i Danmark, minimum.

Es gibt nicht viel zu Discord zu sagen. Discord ist eine sehr gute Plattform, wenn man mal mit Freunden talken will. Discord hat jedoch noch sehr viele Bugs und ob sich Discord Nitro lohnen würde weiß ich nicht meine Meinung für 9€ und das was man da bekommt, naja viel zu wenig, aber wer Discord pushen und Unterstützen will kann das so tun.

If this were 2016, I would be giving Discord 5 stars.
very disappointed with the recent support experience and the usernames update. its not enjoyable as it used to be, I would not recommend Discord anymore

your support is really very very bad for that we bought many servers boost and discord nitro every month.

I personally love discord and i use it everyday. But there are some features and upcoming features that i dont agree with. Such as removing the identification numbers and making individual usernames since i am quite known on discord and i do not want to be impersonated. The support team also takes quite a bit to respond. But overall i love discord and i hope it continues to be great. 4/5 Stars

Discord Support are incompetent, unprofessional and unable to carry out simple instructions. I have sent them a request to delete an old discord account of mine. After 3 days they still keep making excuses and failing to delete the account. They are wasting my time.

Horrible support service. Would not recommend it. My account got hacked a while back, I tried to contact support, but they didn't help. Now I tried again and they said they couldn't do that. I provided explanation and they didn't respond.

Horrible, banned me for NO reason and won't even provide proof as to why I was banned because they have none. Horrible company with s*** support

Jeg synes faktisk discord er et udmærket socialt medie, hvor man kan snakke med sine venner. Men når man skal logge ind og laver ny adgangskode sige den at det ikke dur og jeg har lavet koden om flere gange. Ikke nok med det skal man også igennem tjeksystemet hvor den tjekker du ikke er en bot, hvilket den siger man får forkert i hele tiden når det tydeligvis ikke burde være forkert. Jeg har stadig ikke noget held med at logge ind og jeg gider faktisk heller ik rigtigt prøve mere. Nu har jeg nemlig siddet i 30 minutter med de samme problemer.

Discord is overall good platform, but the unthinkable is happening on Discord. Owners of Discord servers can disable file moderation so Discord will not check the files you upload in NSFW channels. That means, you can upload a virus, CP, g0re etc. to everyone who opens the NSFW channels. I reported one user sharing CP, which is serious (and illegal) issue that Discord should handle, but after 20 DAYS, no response or answer at all at support.discord.com. Good as a platform but customer service is terrible.

Täglich werben die für die US-Künstliche Intelligenz, was ja schon daran scheitert dass die noch nichtmal natürliche Intelligenz besitzen. Dann versuchte ich mal Midjourney über Discord aus. Soll ja sensationell die neu Zukunft sein. Schrott, Müll , Scum. Wollen dümmliche Wessies für umsonst in Appos locken, damit irgend ein Itzig für nichts Dollar schaufeln kann.
