My experience with this company was horrible. I was told I was getting a 60 foot dumpster for roughly 600.00, when it was delivered it was a 16 foot dumpster. They gave me back $20. I have been using junk be gone dumpsters for the same size for $299 and a lot less hassle and not being lied to. Buyer beware.

I received 11 calls from the delivery person between 4:29 AM and 4:37 AM. Naturally, I did not answer, and turned my phone off after the 3th attempt, not recognizing the number, assuming spam or prank at that time of day. The dumpster was delivered in my absence before I woke before 6 AM at the end of my driveway blocking in cars, as opposed to the clearly described intended location. The pickup happened before 8 AM on a Saturday with zero communication attempt from delivery person or Discount Dumpster.

I like how easy it is to request a dumpster, especially when we work all over the country, I just have to send an email to our sales rep Kasey and it is done!

Usually I’ve been really impressed with the service. This time, they came to pick up the dumpster after previously telling me the driver would let me know when on his way and then also not calling when getting there so that I could have cars moved. Instead they tried to talk to people who didn’t have any part in renting the dumpster. I was then told I’d be charged a trip charge. When I disputed the validity of incurring the cost I was told I’d be called back. I was called back and they left a message. I called in return within the same day and left a message. I never got a return call. Instead I got an email saying I would be charged a trip fee a week or so later. None of that seems like good business to me.

Renting was fast and easy. Representatives were great and pleasant. No hiccups great experience

Missed the delivery date by 4 days without contacting me and didnt respond to email and voicemail. finally offered to extend it another 4 days as compensation. Lost money and time sending people to jobsite. Ended up having to dispute with my credit card.

Initially, some information like the billing address, and the city, and ZIP Code were wrong, and I called back and someone else corrected it..
Otherwise the dumpster was dropped off and picked up as scheduled.

Dumpster was dropped off on schedule and picked up when they said it would. What more could you ask for from a company than to do what they said they will
