I mistakenly forgot to put my house…
I mistakenly forgot to put my house number on my address input, I called up and tried to get it added on to which the guy was very helpful but could not change it as it had been collected, I have had so many texts and emails from Amazon but you cannot change this which is annoying as it has a box there but won’t let you input anything in it, 4 days later now and despite the address being corrected yesterday I have received another text telling me that the delivery address is Sunday! Annoying

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry this has turned into such a frustrating delivery experience.
As the original order was placed without the house number, the courier has unfortunately been unable to complete that delivery and the parcel is now being returned to us. When you contacted us, the parcel had already been collected, so we could not amend the address on that shipment.
We did arrange a replacement order using the corrected address, so I’m sorry to hear that this delivery has now also been delayed. While the delay itself is with the courier, we completely understand how frustrating this is and our customer service team will keep an eye on it and help get it resolved.
Thought they was heavy duty bags.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear the bags were not quite what you expected. These are our 56 gauge refuse sacks, so they are better suited to lighter general waste rather than heavier-duty use.
For a much stronger option, our BRS051 sacks are 200 gauge and may be more suitable. Please contact our customer services team and we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange or advise on the best bag for your needs.

Impressive customer service
My package was delivered in excellent time even though it was a bank holiday. However, it went to completely the wrong address, not the company's fault. Discounted Cleaning Services immediately sent a replacement, very impressive customer service.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you have not received your parcel.
Your order was placed on 29 April and was dispatched the same day. The tracking shows the parcel was collected by the courier that evening, reached London the following morning, and went out for delivery on 30 April.
The tracking then shows “Customer rejected” at 17:02 on 30 April, followed by a return being initiated by the courier. Because of this, the parcel is now showing as being returned through the courier network rather than continuing delivery.
We understand this is frustrating, but there was no delay in processing or dispatching your order from our side. Please contact our customer services team so they can review the tracking with you and advise on the next steps.
