Hi Bren. Thanks for your order! Please understand that you downloaded the evaluation version directly from Microsoft, and not from us. You likely experienced slowness on the part of them, or perhaps your internet service provider.

Once I realised that I had to delete the evaluation copy of Office365, installation went smoothly

Thanks Clinton! Yes, Office 2019 can be finicky with the different versions, eval, Office365 apps, etc., but I'm glad it worked out. We are always available to help via email too if you ever need!

This was my first dealings with Discount Key Store ... I had some reluctance initially, but decided to continue with the transaction.

The fact that I could download a full function software package and buy a significantly discounted key to activate it with the software developer; was pleasantly surprising to me.

I will use them again in the future.

Just works

All the software worked flawlessly. No issues. Purchased Visio, MS Project and MS Studio Enterprise.

Everything worked well except that the link provided to download in the email didn't work. But if you can figure out where to download on the Microsoft site it isn't an issue. Most developers will not be confounded by that little detail.

The link did not work so it does not take you to the product page.
