Great service

Great service. I had issues at the beginning but the customer service was great! We figured out the issues and everything was resolved. Will continue to use this site and pass on to work mates and friends 😃

I had a key issue with my new software


I had a key issue with my new software (that's why 4 star),BUT John was so helpful when I messaged, resolved the key issue and made sure everything went to plan. I would definitely recommend the Discount Key Store! Good Customer Care is a rare gem.

Fast & Reliable

Fast and reliable. Was worried I'd have to pay over a hundred dollars for Windows but ended up getting it at lower than half the price.

Hi GT,
The type and kind of licenses we are able to obtain change depending on what is available to us. We recently sold out of multiple online activation licenses (it looks like you bought the last one), and could only obtain single phone activation licenses of Office 2019. We did however, ensure that our product description and installation instructions were updated to reflect that prior to restocking with the new licenses, plus we lowered the price to be fair to our customers with the single activation and having to spend a little extra time on the phone activation process. We strive to ensure that our descriptions are always clear and accurate at time of purchase.
