Never received the play, ordered it months ago and have no been refunded either

Never received my item. There's not really anything else to say is there?

Great prompt service. Book arrived as described and well wrapped.

Great products and service! After searching everywhere, I ordered twelve used copies of the same book for my students, and I got them quickly. The price was lower than most, and some of them seemed new! Thanks to Discover Books.

All of the books but one came in hardcover the one was paperback and it’s had said it was a hardcover. Sins of the night was suppose to be hardcover and was paperback

Book arrived as planned in the expected condition. Pleased

discover books was easy to use and I got a good bargain on the book I wanted. The Big Burn is a great read and is written in a form to capture your attention and then take you through the history and characters who helped form the US Forest service

2 out of the 3 books were great, but one said it was like new, but had a missing page. UPDATE: after writing this they refunded me and sent a new book.

I just finished reading Something Borrowed and I enjoyed it very much! Good read.

Bought this book for an older friend who doesn't own a computer. She was extremely pleased with it. It came quickly. Grateful to send it to her. She lives on a fixed income.

The reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star review is because of the puzzle book. First of all, I didn't realize it was a children's book. I knew it was a used book, but I really was not prepared for how used it would be. It was pretty shop worn and most of the puzzles were already done. Was disappointed with that. Luckily, I didn't pay much for it.

5 stars for a wonderful company. One of my books was shipped separtely, they immediately found and sent the book. Love these people. I wish more people were this trustworthy.

I had left a comment regarding my large order with you. I had stated that all NEW BOOKS, were wonderful, great price, great selection. Books marked “Good”, or “VeryGood” that’s another story. I used this order to replace books in my library that were torn, worn and pages very loose. The “Good, and “Very Good” almost all were in worse shape then the ones I was deleting from my collection!!
Very disappointed that a good 1/3 of my money used were on books that I just put in the deleted pile.

Book was even better condition than expected for being used.

Sad to say got another batch of bad condition books! Three of the 5 I ordered came in Poor condition but were supposed to be in Good condition! All 3 came from same location so that tells alot! The other 2 came from elsewhere and were fine! This has happened to me alot here! Sent alot of photos of them and did receive my money back for the 3. Hesitant to order again!

The book I ordered was sent to the WRONG address. I had put in the correct address on the order form, but the company used the PAYPAL address. As soon as I saw that, moments later, they could not update it. There was no follow up or concern from them about the error.

Terrible experience! Book was listed as very good condition and was poor at best. Cover ripped off and taped on, pages ripped out, pages written on. I realize it was not a new book but it was misrepresented on the website!!! Buyer beware!!!!
