Tane at Discovery Loans was incredible , I previously dealt with banks and if you are a company, self employed even slightly different to a regular employee the they drown you in paperwork, delays and red tape
Tane is a straight shooter & cut through everything , did all of the background time consuming stuff in a matter of days , made us feel confident in what we could ask for and we could honestly share our info etc without fear of being rejected or triggering a red flag ,

Not only did he find more borrowing power than we expected to have , he also got us a lower rate & I think no fees at all , and it was all done start to finish in a couple of weeks , in the end it was us that slowed it down because we were not ready ,
This is the opposite every awful bank experience I’ve ever had with my mortgages

I would seriously give 6 stars if that was an option , he really saved us

I was very impressed with Tane professionalism , through every step and communication was unreal , Tane has done to date three home loans for me and I would highly recommend him ,
