I had a brilliant experience working with Lizzy and Raj at Finspo to secure my mortgage. They made the whole process incredibly smooth, stressful moments manageable, and were professional and supportive every step of the way. I couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone looking for expert assistance with their home loan!

We engaged Finspo after going directly to a big 4 bank and having structuring issues for our loan. David and Violeta took our case at Finspo and were absolutely incredible in the end to end process. Their turn around times were extremely quick, they were responsive, and were also extremely competent. For any future mortgage broking requirements, I will certainly be coming back and requesting for David and Violeta

As a partially self employed person the team at Finspo could not have been better. Ivana, Catherine and Emily helped find the right loan and make the transition to a better lender easy. Comms were excellent, service valued and the result right.

Finspo have been great to work with, from the inception of a difficult loan, through to regular reviews of our current rate and provider. Staff are responsive to questions (shout-out to Tim), and the ease of completing everything online helps avoids gaps, confusion and timing constraints.

As a first time buyer in Australia its important to find the right connection with a Mortgage Broker. Thankfully through James Kechris and Trudy Purchase and indeed the full team at Finspro. We had tried before for a Mortgage but as a large portion of my salary was commission based we never got past the initial stages. James navigated this, made enquiries and negotiated many obstacles that lesser brokers would have folded on. I cant thank Finspro enough. We have now purchased a house with their help and they were there at every step. I see there is another rating on here that said no contact, to that I say poppycock. Perhaps they talked to some other company because most definitely this was not the experience my wife or I had here.

Poor customer service. No communication, no response to questions. Many better options out there.
