Our course materials are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current industry practices. We also provide support through email, and while phone availability may vary depending on demand, we respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible.

Regarding your billing concerns, subscriptions are governed by the terms agreed to at the time of purchase. When we received your email, we reviewed your account and responded accordingly. We do not require legal threats to assist our customers, and we are always willing to investigate legitimate concerns.

We categorically deny these allegations.

Dispatcher101 is a legitimate training program with structured curriculum, verified students, and documented outcomes. Claims that the course is a “scam” or “useless” are false and not supported by the substance of the program or the experiences of our students.

We also deny that any “aggressive” calls were made. Any communication from our team follows standard customer-service procedures and is never intended to intimidate or pressure anyone.

This review appears to be part of a pattern of bad-faith postings using identical language and unsubstantiated accusations. We take genuine feedback seriously, but we will not accept false or misleading statements.

Prospective students are encouraged to review verified testimonials and course previews to make an informed decision.
