We recently ordered 3 retractable banners and a table runner. All of the products look amazing and I can't wait to use them at our next promo event. Image clarity is awesome, strong quality products and pricing was very good. Easy ordering and artwork process. Definitely recommend to other camps and conference centers! Story:
We were in a pinch finding that our display we have used for years from Displayit was partially lost by the shipping carrier. Luckily Displayit is conveniently located just outside of Atlanta where our tradeshow was being held. The display was required to be set up the same day we learned of the shipping issue – or there would be no tradeshow for us in the following days.
Displayit to the rescue…

Timeline:
10:00 AM – OMG : Display pieces are missing (shipping issue)
11:30 AM – Call Displayit – Can you print/pack in hours? [YES]
12:30 PM – Confirm with Displayit missing items for order
1:00 PM – GO : Confirm order / payment
4:00 PM – SHOW - Success !!! : Pickup display/hardware

Result:
3 hours from GO to SHOW which is beyond amazing.

Fast turnaround and great customer service. We had a tight deadline and the Displayit team worked with us closely and delivered on time. We are so pleased with the results! Great quality printing and products.

Cindy and Nikki were absolutely terrific and Kayla got it shipped as promised. Nikki did a great job with the design and logo; looks awesome. We actually had an old displayit banner and stand from a hundred years ago that still looked and worked great - we just needed to change our messaging. And the new banner and stand appear to be the same high quality as the old one. We'll be ordering another one at some point with messaging for another product.

We ordered the case-n-counter and the order was filled very quickly and smoothly. The graphic cover looks great--I have not tried the cover on the display yet, but it looks like everything is in order.

Great experience. They offered design assistance and that was very helpful.

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a Helium Display and needed full designer services.
Every single person I spoke to was cheerful and eager to help. Our designer was very patient even though we ended up making quite a few small changes on our design due to initial indecisions. After the design was complete, I received a tracking number as soon as my package shipped and everything arrived on time.
We did have a small issue with a handle coming off the case but because we were off to a tradeshow, I did not send an email to my DisplayIt representative. Days later I was emailed by the CEO to follow-up on my experience with DisplayIt. When I mentioned the problem with the handle on the case, he swiftly leaped into action and had someone contact me about receiving a new one.
Great customer service and good products. I would recommend using DisplayIt.

Great products and awesome turnaround time. I particularly appreciated the personalized help when I needed to customize a couple of elements to our order at the last minute.

I needed a display for an auto convention. I had an idea but needed creative help. The Displayit team gave me several options and the finished product was perfect and delivered efficiently.

The display was outstanding! But I expedited my order and that was overlooked. Fortunately, after further discussion it was delivered before my conference.

From designing to ordering and fulfillment, the Displayit team was informative and spot on with their communications. The process was surprisingly easy and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Displayit.

Very good service from the sales rep, to the graphic team and lastly: the project manager (delivery)! The Displayit team was responsive and the product met our expectations. Corinne (graphics) was very patient with us as we made several edits to our graphics but it was worth it as our first show was a big success and many other exhibitors complimented our display and also wanted to try and copy it!!!

The communication about pricing and options from the chat feature was excellent. There was an issue with approval (they were waiting on our graphic artist to approve but in their email it seemed like someone on their end needed to approve) which created some confusion and delay in production. However, they offered to upgrade our shipping at no cost to ensure we received our booth. The booth and the case n counter were excellent! The head of my organization wants to get another case n counter! The only issue is that the case n counter is a bit wobbly (don't lean on it!).

We had two booths that were very similar and there was an error, both booths were printed the same. It was only three panels that needed to be changed but they replaced the entire booth within days. Had great turn around time and great customer service

Best price for our displays. Getting the art finalized was very smooth even with one fix that needed to be made. The correspondences were quick and they got us our product without a problem keeping us updated every step of the way. Highly recommend this Displayit if you need displays for a trade show or other event.
