Terrible customer service please stay away!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

PAID 250 for canopy and 289 to rush ship and never got my canopy at all and no one will answer or respond to calls or texts.

Ripped me off out of 539 dollars. I am furious

I needed this tent for a major catering and I ordered it rushed and they just took my money didn’t deliver my canopy and stopped responding

1-Star Review: I ordered a custom 10x10 branded pop-up canopy tent from LookOurWay for use at U.S. military base events. I spent hours designing it directly on their website, including the required military disclaimer language. This was not the rough draft they previously created — I never purchased that version. I created and paid for my own custom design.

When the tent arrived, it was the completely wrong design. They shipped the old rough draft instead of the custom canopy I actually ordered and paid for. The tent is unusable for military events because it lacks the correct branding and required disclaimer.

I have contacted LookOurWay nearly a dozen times regarding this issue. They responded only once, asking for proof. I immediately sent them clear screenshots and photos showing the design I ordered versus what was delivered. After that, they went completely unresponsive and have ignored all further communication.
As of today, I have received no refund, no replacement, and no resolution. Extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

by far this company is the worst experience ever... I order a sign... they lost the file and aske me in an email to re upload the file... I logged in the account... and there is no way to upload a file... when you go to my design center it asked you to log in... (again,,... when you are already inside your account) now the website looks pink... the google log in dosent work... you enter manually the info and it says you dont have an account... so you call customer support... it just there is no servoce there.... and no support... noneone awnsers the calls or returns messages.... the chat people are rude and use less... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SHADDY COMPANY

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered two flags and two poles, but the package arrived with only one of each. I paid for a full set and received half an order. I’ve tried to resolve this, but it feels like a total scam when a company takes your money and fails to deliver the physical goods. Avoid until they prove they can actually fulfill an order correctly."

I placed an order after being offered a $25 discount. No fine print, no restrictions. After taking advantage of the 'free design service' which ended up just being a copy/pasting my logo, which was about 4 revisions (revisions were quick) I was informed at checkout that my promo code was invalid. The sales team offered me a 5% discount which amounted to less than 1/3 of the promised promo for giving them my cell phone and email address to be hit with promos via text and email. Only now do they tell me that the offer was for orders of $350 or more. Bait and switch + fiverr.com style designs. I wouldn't trust this company and can't recommend working with them after my experience ordering.
