District 34 is a great resource to learn about property! I've been very happy with using them!

The home buying group is just such an awesome community, i've learned so much from the questions that other 1st time buyers in the group have raised on the group chat; John and Emman truly have the data, insight and passion to help new buyers achieve their dreams of owning their 1st home. The one-to-one chat was soooo helpful in helping me to identify a bespoke strategy for me to save the money I need for my first home. I can't believe how easy (and realistic!) it is to get on the property ladder, the only thing stopping me was a little guidance. I've wasted so much money on rent 😱 lol. Goodbye generation rent; hello saving for my own place with new friends, who share the same vision.

District 34 has clearly done its homework. I went into my initial one on one meeting with John Lim with a sizeable stack of questions to hand. Most of them he had answered before I had even had a chance to ask them, with an impressive array of databases and spreadsheets to back him up. He discussed his company and its vision, what they had already accompished and their plans for the future before introducing me to a personalised configurable savings plan and even a potential future home although a long way off!

Though it sounds cliche already, having been stuck in the hole that is London renting I had already given up on having a home of my own. This company shows considerable promise in helping me and others turn that around. I will keep this updated as time progresses to help others make an informed choice.
