Working with them gives me the opportunity to visit and experience some truly beautiful restaurants and relaxing spas as part of the assignments I complete. Each task allows me to enjoy high-quality environments while also carefully observing the level of service, atmosphere, and overall customer experience. It’s always interesting and rewarding to see how different venues create memorable experiences for their guests.

Many of the restaurants I visit are stunning, with great ambience, thoughtful design, and fantastic food, and the spa assignments are equally enjoyable. Being able to experience such calming, well-presented spaces while evaluating service makes the assignments both professional and genuinely enjoyable.

I really like Proinsight. They offer fun assignments and I’ve had some great days out with my son and friends. The field manager for my area, Rhys, is friendly and no request is too much! A pleasure to work with! Proinsight is definitely worth a try!

I have been working for Proinsight for over a year. I really enjoy working for them and I have great communication with my Fieldwork Manager, Rhys. There is regularly a variety of work available ranging from auditing care homes to restaurants to estate agents!

I registered a while ago and every time I apply for a job, I fail to get accepted. I can't even get a job for a home takeaway delivery! It's totally disheartening to keep getting rejected. How can I gain experience if I'm never given a chance. Like another reviewer said, they probably operate through favoritism.

I asked AI about this company and it suggested they have Platinum people who can self-assign the best assignments. It's likely that the best jobs have already been cherry-picked by the time us lowly nobodies try to write an inadequate application for the job.

Therefore my opinion is it's a waste of time applying as the assignments have gone by the time they get round to reading my application.

I joined Proinsight after moving to London and trying mystery shopping for the first time. I was immediately made to feel welcome and given all the contact information and opportunities to take up assignments and develop a better understanding of client needs and my responsibilities. I was always able to reach out and find a team member to ask little and big questions to ensure that I met the criteria and deadlines effectively. In return, I was supported and given the lovely designation as a Platinum Mystery Shopper. This adds to my motivation and good relationships with the Proinsight Team.

I was especially appreciative of the online sessions during Covid. Like many people of my age/health, I was fully shielding for almost a year. It was lovely to keep in touch and feel connected during that time when I was not leaving home. I never caught Covid, and I continued in my happy connection to Proinsight.

I have recommended the company to many people I meet in my other work as a supporting artist, and they have all been very interested when I describe how well the shopper relationship is structured and backed up. I myself am doing far fewer mystery assignments for many reasons, but I still read every email and occasionally take up a task just to stay in touch.

During my intense mystery shopping time, I worked with many companies and formed good communications with quite a few, but Proinsight was always right up in my top 5 experiences. Sadly several of the others folded after Covid, so Proinsight now holds top place with no competition!

This is an appalling company to work for. I imagine there is a great deal of favouritism that goes on and if you aren't a favourite, you can go for 4 months without being allocated any jobs at all. There are many reputable companies out there that have procedures as to how jobs are allocated and how mystery shoppers are treated. Unfortunately, Proinsight isn't one of them

This was my first time organising a mystery shop for my company, and given that we work within healthcare, it was a particularly sensitive and complex project to approach. I've worked for Proinsight for over 10 years with no issues at all. The North West co-ordinator Manraj is excellent with very prompt responses to messages. They have a great variety of visits available with fair fees and payment is always prompt. One of my favourite companies to work for!
