I would rate 0 stars if pwede. Customer service constantly calls you all day mga 6 calls a day, pero pag sakanila may need ang hirap kausap and so rude! I answered one of the call s and the CS rep was shouting at me and not listening to what iâm saying kahit na sila ang may mali. The worst
This service is pure garbage. Ridiculous connection, ridiculous stability, and customer service that mocks you and offers no assistance whatsoever. Stay away from this.
We reached out to DITO December 6 2025 for a simple commercial WiFi tower be installed in our office in makati city. A lady reached out about one and half months later on January 21 2025, they provided a quick demonstration in our condo and we paid a 2000 pesos deposit submitted many corporate documents but then nothing, this is March 2 2026!!!!!..they very demanding not customer orientated and poor on delivery.
Stay far away from this company. They promise you a 5G internet connection. After you pay for the full year, you will find the connection speed is not close to 5G. Then they will send a technician to your address to confirm that the speed is too low, and the technician will confirm that a refund will be made in one week. After that visit, they will disappear and not talk to you again. Scam!!!!
As a foreign tourist/visitor to the Philippines, one of the challenges is to have a cellnumber that you can use while traveling around the country.
There's a DITO Store inside the arrival area of NAIA3. Last February 3, I got my cellphone install a SIM Card by the DITO Rep. I provided her my US Passport as a form of my ID. Days later, after I used up the loaded data, my cellphone stops working. I went to the store to have it check and they loaded up 1000 pesos worth of data and still, it's not working.
As suggested by their DITO Rep, I sent an email to fraud department and they said that the submitted DITO SIM Registration are incorrect, which was actually done by DITO Representative, at the NAIA3 Airport, Arrival area.
In summary, never buy SIM card at the airport and never use DITO because of poor customer support and their Tech Suppot lacks technical knowledge and cannot be trusted.
I did not have a good experience using the Dito website. The site was very slow and some features did not work properly and the customer support was not very responsive. Needs improvement.
If a rating of zero (0) star is allowed, I'd give it. Just registered my dito sim about a week ago, and it has performed abysmally. Internet speed is slower than a slug's pace, calls can't connect, and unsure whether text messages reached their recipients, because no return messages were ever received. Tried to do ookla internet speed test, it comes back as an error, and couldn't even start! So after the promo load expires, I will junk this sim for good, and will tell anyone who will listen that Dito is no good. Worse than smart. Oh, and yeah, it took more than 1 hour for the registration to get confirmed! Imagine that!
We had been trying to register 2 WIFI DITO sim cards for days! Seems like the process should be much simpler for non techy persons and/or senior citizens in need of simple internet services. It was very disappointing to spend an entire day trying to 'register a DITO sim' only to discover the AI system does not like an official government issued driver license ID or the data on it! Ok, scans and computers can be problematic but there should be another way to register besides using a robotic system that does not work! There should be a way to work with humans if the system fails. We have yet to find a way to contact anyone outside of the robotic system! The alleged physical "human customer support" office does not exist in the area AND we can not use the UNregistered cards to call or contact anyone thru the mobile app! Kind of a "catch 22" scenario where if you have trouble registering, you cannot use the app or call customer service with an UNregistered sim...and equally as fun chatting with a robot with artificially unintelligible replies or mostly useless solutions. Welcome any solutions besides making the DITO sims or DITO modems learn to fly...=)
Awful Customer Service, Poor connectivity.
Unreliable service provider. Coverage and consistency is lacking in comparison to its competitors. The internet service they provide is unstable and dismally slow at least in my area and basing on my own experience. Such a shame considering that I'm not far from their tower and is under "fair coverage" as per the words of the customer support. Nothing is considerably "fair" from their service in my experience. The only good thing going on for them is their affordable offering prices. Though, I believe they would soon slowly hike the prices of their offering. Hoping that they would at least improve their coverage and consistency when thay happens.
they let you buy the sim card and won't let you to register it without installing their stupid app..
so when you want to keep you mobile clean, avoid them..
