I would like to give 5 stars to the Diverse Trainers Level 4 Sports Massage course — especially to the whole team. They supported me throughout, answered all my questions, and guided me every step of the way.
A special thank you to my tutor, Sebastian, for trusting in my skills and encouraging me to succeed. I truly appreciate everything you’ve done!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The fast track Levels 2&3 package was fantastic. Gets you qualified very quickly (within 2 weeks in person) all members of staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole duration of the 10 days. Not to mention the amount of practical work experience advice that you get given for personal training as well which you just simply would not get on the online learning. Overall I had a very enjoyable 2 weeks at diverse, and would highly recommend to someone wanting to work in the fitness industry asap.

I was sceptical at first with completing an online course as I always felt being in a classroom setting would be better. But i would definetly do an online course again

I was able to work at my own pace, and anytime I need support making a phone call put me straight through to someone and they was happy to help and answer all my questions. Or sending an email.

The online platform is easy to navigation and the rest was self explanitory

Tom was great on our level 3 sports masssge course. Extremely informative and is brilliant as his profession. Thanks again Tom!

Tom's knowledge of sports massage, techniques and anatomy and physiology was impressive. He was happy to answer any questions and go over things until I was confident.

For participants: be aware when you volunteer to be demonstrated on, Tom can home in on trigger points you didnt know were there and he definitely demonstrates how to release knots! 🤣

Would suggest Diverse let their answering service know when a course is on at a weekend as several of us rang to check we were at correct venue and were told not their issue and to ring back later...not a great first impression and easy to solve (or put something on the email to say will need to wait outside until trainer arrives - as on a weekend the building was deserted).

Did the practical exam with Tom. One of the best guides and educator met in long time.

Great learning environment, with a great tutor. Learning materials and venue were easily accessible and of a good standard. I would highly recommend Diverse Trainers for anyone wanting to train as a fitness professional.

Absolutely amazing company supported me through my course no question to small helped me when I struggled and pushed me all the way couldn’t recommend them enough

Trainer was professional, approachable and clear in her communication and demonstration, Gym was clean and modern and not crowded, only improvement would be a separate room for lunch/break

Been a student for about a year now, the service has been great, the platforms is so easy to use and the tutors are great

Great course just completed my level 2/3 Personal Training, support is always there if you need it, easy to follow , well structured. Well done guys 👏

A course is a course right?!
Unfortunately, like most things, you pay a discount, you get what you've paid for.. this doesn't change here:

Downsides:
- Communication is horrific. You can't speak to someone on the phone. Live chat support is unfortunately either a long wait or a sorry, cant help
- Course content has a lot of incorrect content, missing content (which impacts course completion) and staff just say.. 'make your own course example'
- Have sales reps calling asking if we want to pay for a course (which we already have)
- Sales process on both purchase occasions has been heavily fragmented

Pros:
- Best rates for courses we found
- The rep who sold us the course was fairly sound to speak to
- Got virtual certificate whilst we waited for main certification

Feedback for Personal Trainer Course
The course was well‑structured, and tutors Charisse, Emma, and Neil were very engaging. Their delivery made the learning process enjoyable and effective. I truly appreciated the support throughout the program and now feel much more confident in my skills. Specially Charisse, who was incredibly supportive during the assessment period her guidance made a real difference.

Really enjoyed the PT level 2 and 3 diploma course.
Staff were always friendly and willing to help with any questions i had. Will definately deal with again!

I started this course 6 weeks ago feeling very anxious. Having never really achieved any qualifications in the past, I was not convinced I was going to achieve what was set in front of me. Charisse who works at Diverse Trainers has been completely amazing. At times I had issues with software and coursework queries, however Charisse could not of been more helpful and pro active. I'm not currently PT level 3 qualified and working towards other level 4 Diploma qualifications. If I can achieve this then anybody can !!
10/10 for Charisse.....Superstar !!!

Slow communication, waiting times for units to be marked seemed excessive, overall a good informative course.

Passed my Level 3 with Diverse Trainers. Great help and customer service from Charisse. Thank you to the team :)
