I have signed up for a Level 2 with ETM course online nearly a year ago. I have completed many units, but I it took me several months to get to the end of things. I experienced technical issues, the platform seems lagging or not operating well at times, then the customer service is nearly non existent when it comes to important issues such as awaiting their feedbacks or even their markings and responses. My peers completed their tasks and exams in under 2-3 months with other providers, while I was never able to get through. At this point I was so disappointed in them, I signed up to Motion Fitness Education where I have received already the modules and the in-person training doesn’t cost fortune like what Diverse Trainers offered me on top of the price I have already paid.
I must add: earlier this year when I thought my progress is going better I signed up for a Level 3 Personal Training course too. Because I was totally unable to complete their modules on L2 it automatically blocks and hides the L3 module and materials. I only signed up for L2 with Motion Fitness and I already received a package on L3 too, which significantly help my L2 progress in completing the exams successfully.
I have composed them Diverse Trainers an email over a week ago, not even a single letter came back as a response. Totally let me down and waisted my time and huge chunk of money! I want my partial or full refund, I never experienced any learning provider be this difficult and incompetent.

The new updates made it extremely easy to navigate the platform.
Well organised and so helpful for the start of my career.
Finished my Lvl 3 having full confidence in my learnings.
It was a recommendation from my PT and I will definitely recommend it as well.

I recently completed my Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training with Diverse Trainers. The course was clear, organised, and practical, combining scientific principles with real-world use. As a fitness educator, I appreciated how accessible the material was and how it supported my professional growth. The administration team were responsive and supportive throughout. Highly recommend for anyone serious about building a career in fitness.

Loved the course with Diverse Trainers for Level 3 Diploma Mat Pilates. Tutor is very thorough with explanations and demonstrations. They were always prompt to answer my questions. Now will do my Reformer Pilates Course with them. Highly recommend Diverse Trainers!

I regret paying a lot of money for remote training, I really wish I had taken a week off work and done a F2F training course.
On the plus side, everyone was very nice but that’s about it.
I signed up for group fitness instructor training in 2023.
2025 still not finished.
Not one phone call to provide support or encouragement.
I regularly asked if my work was marked, if I completed the course.
A chaotic system where I had to load my portfolio to the cloud, that changed earlier this year but none of my information was transferred, I was always uncertain which was the current portfolio, I had so many versions.
The student support team didn’t seem to be able to answer any questions and just pushed everything onto the trainers.
ETM.
I was constantly be confused or lumped in with ETM.
I was explaining in every email that I was doing group fitness and not ETM.
My portfolio seemed to be for ETM,
I was told I mustn’t teach ETM , I had to keep explaining I had no interest in ETM.
On my teaching day, I was with a group doing ETM, there was no decent equipment for group fitness and my lesson plan was irrelevant , the other learners didn’t want to do the class I prepared and I certainly did not want to do ETM, I refused to do salsa classes, they didn’t want to do my power pump, the day was awful. Ironically, there was no Bluetooth option, so I couldn’t play music and did without it.
I had to wait more than six months for f2f day in london.
I completed the majority of the work in about 6 weeks, two years later , I’ve drawn a line under the lot, I’ve completely lost interest in working in the fitness industry, I’ve forgotten all I learned two years ago when I started the course, I’m supposed to do one last section before qualifying, but I can’t teach a class and film it , I’ve neither the facilities or the knowledge anymore, I really regret the money I spent has lead to nothing. Please take my advice, remote learning isn’t the easy way, you are not doing training in your time, you are doing it in their time, which is very slow.
There is no information on the new platform Whatcourse, I’ve done the lt and it says 2% of the courses completed.
One last thing, I’m not doing ETM!

Great course — very thorough and covered everything you could possibly need to know as a gym instructor! The price was reasonable, and the option to pay monthly made it much more manageable. The team was also very helpful, which made it easy whenever I had questions or issues. I would highly recommend!

I am so delighted finishing my ETM course with Diverse Trainers. Right from the start each step when I needed any kind of IT support, or, how to use the online Platform program. The frendly customer service was always there to help you. My teacher Kate helped me in the Zoom Meeting. She answered all the issues or questions I had. The good thing was I could do this course within my time scales there was no russ to finish it quickly. I give 9 out of 10 ****

I am so happy I chose my course through diverse training they were their to help me every step of the way just a phone call away I did the blend course I was so nervous but the tutors I had were amazing couldn’t praise them enough really supportive on my face to face days would recommend for anyone wanting to become a level 3 personal trainer

I have recently completed my online L3 personal training course with diverse. I would rate them 5 starts for customer service as you can always get through fast when calling however I haven’t had a great experience with the online learning portal. I chose this method of learning as I was working a full time job so it was impossible for me to attend face to face training, the portal is confusing and a lot of the specification is unclear e.g level 2&3 are mixed up in the same course with no clear structure to which assessment is which as both are labelled L3. The admin team did their best to try help and were always polite. I’d like to say Charisse has gone above and beyond with getting me through this course, I’d become very frustrated after calling up multiple times and having no clear answer to my issues until I got in contact with her - she always listened and got any issues resolved straight away and was very on the ball with marking. Thank you Charisse as without you I’d have been no closer to passing this course your help is extremely appreciated :)

I just finished their Level 3 Sports Massage course online. I was initially unsure how effective the delivery would be, but the trainer was incredible and really knowledgable.
Only down side is that sometimes communication with them can take a while, although there are times when you get a response the same day.
They switched to a new online learning platform mid-way through my course which caused a bit of chaos, but now that's settled it is a great and much improved learning experience.
Be warned, if you go for a distance learning course, you only get out what you put in. I am now starting the Level 4 course with them.

Diverse Trainer Assessor Charisse was knowledgeable, down to earth and professional, good mentoring skills. The Gym Location could have been more accommodating, though it had everything to accommodate needs, it could potentially intimate and affect students who have not previously had exposure to, over all a great experience.

Charisse Emma & Neil absolutely superb tutors. Always there to help you & get you through the theory & practical assessments. Charisse & Emma who I had on the day of my practical assessment were amazing I didn’t feel nervous and got on with my assessment. These tutors explain everything to you properly and they make sure that you have understood what you need to know & get you passing the course.Keep up the Good work team Diverse. 👏

The overall experience using this company was stressful 😩
So to start with some of the information on the coursework was missing around 17 -20 pages of pictures and information I had to chase them up all the time to get it corrected even after they had said they had double check everything was there and correct 🙄
Then trying to get my work marked was a nightmare as they didn’t tell me what was outstanding and there software wasn’t working properly so I was stuck phoning all the time to find this out or waiting weeks only to find something else wasn’t finished so they couldn’t mark it
Then it took ages to get my certification from them so I would definitely not recommend them and I will absolutely not use them again
On a side note most of there employees were very helpful and nice it was just very obvious that they had too many people on the books for there staff to complete the work as they advised on time and there was no customer consideration on the timeline I needed the work to be completed by

The Diverse Team are great help whenever I would call for help. The administration team would help whenever there was an issues and was very friendly.

A good informative course, They cover absolutely everything you need to know. I did the online version and it takes 10 working days to get any feedback from your submissions which did slow me down somewhat but I received the support I needed to complete everything .

Honest Review :
I’m going to give my honest review here. This is not biased, nor am I trying to brag or exaggerate anything. I will share my experience in a straightforward and honest way.

Pros:

The course is fun, engaging, and easy to understand, even for learners with basic English skills.

Ellie and Emma are very responsive and provide excellent support via email.

The material is well-structured and clear, making it simple to follow at your own pace.

Overall, the learning experience was positive and enjoyable.

Cons:

The MyCourse website interface often stucks or responds slowly, which can be frustrating.

Support response times from others (apart from Ellie and Emma) can be slow.

Summary:
Despite some technical issues with the website, I would give the course 5 stars. The support from Emma and Ellie, combined with clear and engaging content, makes it a valuable learning experience. Improving the website speed and interface would make the experience even smoother.

Consistently swift correspondence to ensure that my needs were tailored to my objectives. Emma was accurate and displayed understanding and patience after changing my package. She took the time to liaise with me over the phone which accelerated the process. Highly recommended.
