Trying to book a flight through their online system. they offer a quote but as soon as I try to proceed with the payment, they tell the offer has expired. So why do you offer it for it to expire less than 1 minute later?
I have now been on hold, trying to call them, for 2h15 min.... no reply from anyone. What a nightmare of customer service!!

Got a diversity travel itinerary booked by a company I am working with. No e-ticket provided, unable to print an e-ticket from either the email link or the app. Have emailed, no reply yet?

I always deal with Ammar Baig when booking travel through Diversity. Ammar is fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond in everything he does.

Worst travel agency i’ve ever experienced. My organization has a contract with them so I don’t have a choice but to book flights through them. They don’t offer the most efficient routes. More often than not, I had always done the work for them in finding better options and routes. Flights are always more expensive than they should be. And they respond late. There was one time it took 12 days and a follow-up email before I got a response on a pending flight booking request. I asked for an explanation, but never got any. And for this last flight from Monrovia to Bordeaux I was supposed to take on April 6, 2024 i was escorted out of the airport as I found out they cancelled my return flight. I can forgive little mistakes, but it was traumatizing to be left on your own devices in an unfamiliar territory. I’m still stuck here in Liberia as of writing this review and I haven’t even received any apologies for this terrible mistake made by one of their agents! Unacceptable. The incompetence demonstrated here is next level. Worst travel experience in my more than 10years of flying for work! I would never recommend dealing with this agency.

What an awful experience using the booking tool - slow and prices are higher than elsewhere. I don't know why we are made to use them.

booking with this company is an absolute nightmare, I've had to refill a page SEVEN TIMES because it DOES NOT SAVE YOUR PROGRESS AND REFRESHES FOR NO REASON! A disgrace. Makes you wish you weren't travelling in the first place.

I was up against the clock in booking international flights to secure the best price. I fell upon an internal problem with updating traveller profile information. I worked with Ammar Biag from Diversity through lots of telephone calls and emails back and forth. Ammar stayed on the phone line to make sure emails were received. We made the deadline with 12 minutes to spare. Ammar was a absolute star and I cannot thank him enough.

It's a shame there's no option to score different aspects of DT individually because those experiences are completely different.

- Diversity Travel's booking page and user experience is absolutely horrible. The website is extremely slow (and it's not the fault of my internet), the flights are overpriced, there's no flexibility, and often there's no option to choose your own luggage or seat. - score: 1.
- DT's customer service: score 5. I was recently assisted by Hashim and he was brilliant. If it wasn't for his excellent customer service, quick responses, and pro-activeness, the average score would've been much lower than a 3. Thank you, Hashim!

We use Diversity for business travel, and I had a tricky schedule to plan for which involved crossing the UK in a short period of time. Thélise at Diversity was excellent. She helped plan the trip, resolve issues with bookings which involved both personal & business travel, and always provided options to ensure I was getting what I needed (e.g. breakfast, different rates etc). She responded really quickly to inquiries and I have everything ready and prepared for my trip. It was a great experience!

My daughter missed her flight from Mexico city because she've gor food poisoned. A Sunday, the emergency service could be a challenge but thanks to Niall and his amazingly efficient handling, we have got a new ticket within 15 minutes on th ephone and email.

I rarely write reviews, but Victor Arogundade at Diversity Travel was extremely responsive to my urgent request to book travel for my colleagues. Victor fulfilled the brief and offered several price options for flights and accommodation within a short timescale which made the process efficient and stress free. Victor’s attention to detail and his telephone manner is excellent and I look forward to working with Victor and Diversity Travel again.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I just had to make an exception for Delfina. She was an absolute gem in helping me with my flight booking through Diversity. Her attention to detail and care really made the experience fantastic! On top of that, she was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Delfina, you rock!
