Ammar handled my travel requests efficiently and cheerfully. You can't ask for more.

Diversity team have provided me with the best support whenever I have to book travel and accommodation- which is usually daily! I would like to extend my gratitude to Savannah, Thelise, Christos, Liam, Denise, Melissa and everyone who have been helping me on a daily basis- You all make my day very easy and its always lovely to have a quick chat with you!!

Very helpful in resolving refunds query

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for Delfina's assistance in handling my recent travel requests. Given that Ammar was unavailable, her seamless transition into the role did not go unnoticed. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a smooth travel experience have been second to none - and her patience with me was nothing short of a miracle!! (I know I can fire off email after email 😊) It is evident she went above and beyond to address my queries and make necessary adjustments. Delfina's dedication made a positive impact on my booking experience, and I want to extend my thanks for an amazing job! Thank you once again for your help.

This is the most inefficient way to make travel arrangements. Unfortunately, I am forced to book through DT since 2020 as I work for a UK uni that partners with them.

Fewer options, higher prices, and a pathetic website that most of the time fails. I do not know a SINGLE colleague in my or other universities that has a positive opinion.

I have worked at 7 universities / reseach institutes in 5 different countries and nothing comes even close to how problematic DT is.

Worst website experience imaginable. Countless hours wasted when attempting bookings due to broken links, random dropping of saved progress, slow servers and other countless little issues. Always a dread and a day wasted whenever I need to use this company for refunding university travel and accommodation.

Nadine was really pro-active in researching different hotel options for the trip that I was organising and always prompt to respond to my questions. A great booking experience once again!

Diversity Team has been fantastic and always on top booking my trips despite the complexity of those demanding journeys. In particular Danny Hinchliffe has been very professional and extremely helpful and responsive to my endless requests and changes. Thanks, Diversity Team.

They were very tolerant with me while the options where constantly changing due to cost feedback we were getting and so had to keep changing the plan which is good.
On the other side I felt that in oder to get the cheapest options I often would have to look into things myself and find alternative options and send over the options to the agent, otherwise our trip would have been alot more expensive. The main point of going through a travel agent is that they can find the best deals for you. It would be nice if you could just ask for the cheapest way to get x amount of people somewhere and the investigation of options could be done by the agent. with students where cost is so important. Whether it is a combination of train and taxi, bus, or if tickets for one station becomes very expensive, why not investigate other possible stations. So i did this and saved our group Over 400 GBP. just by changing the station. It would be nice to know the travel agency is find the best options and being versatile and creative in this pursuit rather going with whats easiest and accepting big hikes in prices, this is fine for commercial sector, but for students value and economy are very important and can make or break the trip. How many different options and differnt companies were really explored? It felt a bit like the first one was good enough and no desire to hunt for better options.

We have an ongoing relationship with Diversity Travel (particular shout out to Anthony and John) to arrange flexible travel for our Fellows all over the world using charity fares wherever possible. The Bonsai team are responsive and helpful to our own staff team and to our Fellows when they liaise with them directly. They also go above and beyond in supporting us as an organisation by providing us with a large volume of quotes on a short turnaround every year to assist with our budgeting.

Efficient and good quality service

This was my first time using Diversity Travel and after a few glitches with the online booking system (saying I didn't have permissions) I contacted Diversity by email and Antonia went out of their way to find me and my colleagues a hotel which included a disabled room.
Thank you so much for your assistance and the hotel was great.

Waqar on Diversity's Emergency Helpline managed to get our flight rebooked AFTER it was supposed to have left, when BA wouldn't let my colleague onto the flight because they insisted he needed a transit visa that he didn't actually need.

Very grateful to Diversity, and Antonia in particular, for the great help I had with rearranging a research visit to the USA. She was knowledgeable and patient when we spoke on the phone and very clear when she followed up with emails. A role model to other team members. Thank you Antonia

I used Diversity Travel to organise a trip to Belfast for 30+ students. Diversity Travel organised flights, accommodation, a group visit to a museum, and a group meal. This took a lot of pressure off me to find suitable equivalents from my desk at a large university. It also meant I had a contact when there were minor hiccups. Nadine made a complicated process stress-free. The 4-day trip went really well. I was so impressed with Diversity Travel that we're now organising a trip to Dublin.

At our organisation we often need to book flights for attendees and delegates, and sometimes at quite late notice. Diversity (and in particular, Rob, with mention to Liz and Chloe too) have been so quick and helpful at getting back to us with proposed flights, suggested alternate routes and generally just being wonderful to work with whilst booking travel. It's so hard to make booking travel stress-free, but they are doing it with ease! Thank you.
