I’ve literally just received them and I’m not gonna lie… they’re spot on.

Ordered a pair of trainers from Divine Luxury Hub and the whole process was proper smooth from the start. Massively impressed by the customer service, not that generic “yeah you’ll be fine” stuff. I was unsure about sizing, so I messaged them and they genuinely went over and above. They even measured the sole for me so I could compare it to a pair I already have. You don’t get that from many companies at all. Most places just tell you to “check the size guide” and leave you hanging.

Comms were quick, straight to the point, and I felt looked after the whole time. Delivery was sound, packaging was clean, and when I opened the box the trainers were exactly as described. Proper quality, perfect condition, no messing about.

Proper happy with Divine Luxury Hub. Great stuff and top service, I’ll 100% be ordering again.

This Company is the worst clothing company I have ever used!!! I could not recommend them at all. I bought a Barbour Jacket from them and wanted to return it. The only person I could speak to, having phoned on numerous occasions, was a gentleman on his mobile although he professed to have a huge premises with numerous staff. I returned the jacket, tracked by Royal Mail - they tried to deliver it twice and there was no one there to receive it on both occasions. In my dealings with the company I finally got a letter from their legal department! I believe the whole company is a scam and maybe being operated from a home address and definitely does not have an authentic ‘Legal Department’. Luckily for me I was able to get compensation from Royal Mail as in transferring the parcel to another unit after they were unable to deliver it to The Devine Luxury Hub, it was lost and as I had tracked the parcel I was able to get a refund from them. The order was made innAugust/ September last year and I have only just received compensation. In short I would not recommend using this company.

Regardless of the reply from the Devine Hub I do not recind any of my review. The reason the return was late was because the address given on their website did not have anyone there to accept a parcel. Also it was very strange that on numerous occasions I the phone number given fid not have anyone answering calls. I only got a response from a mobile phone from someone called James. He was the only person I ever spoke to and I’m sure it was James who most definitely responded to my review. A one man band!!!

Arrived on the day. Packaging was nice, Would order again for sure. Great service!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Charlotte’s amazing help. I ordered a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes, but the shipment was unexpectedly delayed. Charlotte was incredibly proactive in keeping me updated and coordinating everything smoothly. She even arranged a discount and a lovely luxury gift for me as a compensation of the delay, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Looking forward to shopping here again!

Received my Ralph Lauren trainers today the quality is amazing delivery was quick totally trustworthy company and great communication would highly recommend.

I always have such a great experience with Divine Luxury, it is such a personal shopping experience. The high level of customer service makes for such a great shopping experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. This is why I will continue to shop with them for all of my luxury goods.
The delivery is quick and the items come packaged very well. I only wish more company’s operated like yourselves

Ordered a Casablanca Shirt I couldn’t find anywhere else and found it cheaper than retail stores. Super easy and quick delivery, highly recommend.

Ordered on 18th December to arrive as a gift in time for Christmas (order DLH1128), and it's now 22nd and order hasn't dispatched yet.

Update: the CEO got in touch directly with some very decent options for resolution - on a Sunday evening - very impressed with dedication to customer service.

I've updated the rating to 5/5 based on how incredibly well Zik and his wonderful team have handled this. They turned an initially worrying experience into white-glove treatment that will have us coming back.

It’s encouraging to discover a business where they care about getting things right for the customer - they went far above and beyond what one could expect. If this keeps up, I wish them the well earned success they deserve.

Absolutely outstanding in every respect. Great price, excellent item and without doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced online or off! Immediately responsive and super helpful on the phone - these guys even keep an eye on your delivery tracking to make sure your item reaches you at the right time and contact you if there is a delay.
