Complaint About Unprofessional Behavior – Divine Properties (Agent: Tamara)

Dear Property Finder Team,

I would like to report an unprofessional experience I had with one of the agents listed on your platform.

Earlier this morning around 9 a.m., I received a call from a lady named Tamara who said she was from Divine Properties (later referred to as Divine Home). Without any proper introduction about the property or arranging a viewing, she directly told me that the price was AED 270 million, that the owner had rejected a AED 200 million offer, and that I must submit an offer before tomorrow or it would be “too late.”

When I tried to ask about the property details, she interrupted me and spoke in a rude and dismissive manner, claiming to be a “partner” in the company and refusing to continue the conversation.

This type of behavior is highly unprofessional and creates a poor impression of the agents listed on Property Finder. I hope you will review this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that all agents on your platform follow proper standards of communication and professionalism.

We’ve been to mykonos before, but nothing compares to the experience we had this time with the villa. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equiped. The infinity pool was gorgeous. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Thank you divine property for this amazing stay!

Great, private, secure location for our get-away this summer. We were in the midst of covid-19 and this villa was perfect to get away and relax! Everything was clean and accommodating. The pool was lovely and the view breathtaking! We will definitely visit again next summer!

We booked a villa with my husband and new born baby and we must say we were very happy we did. We were a bit worried in the beginning because it was the first time our baby travelled with us but Divine and Athina and the team made things so smooth. We did not go out much so we really used all the in villa comfort divine had to offer. We had our on request chef and delivery , transfers and maid services. My husband had to travel to saudi arabia a day before us, but the team made us feel safe knowing they were only a call away. Everything was amazing and we are looking forward to visit again.

I stayed in one of the villas managed by divine property with my girlfriend and overall the experience was excellent. The times are a bit different than ur usual mykonos season but divine property made us feel safe and made sure all of our needs where met. The villa was clean and all the covid precautions where taken , we had a beautiful sea view and our private pool. The concierge response was great and we ordered some food from the hotel that the company owns from their app and it was excellent. We would highly recommend booking one of their holiday experiences. The absolute best of everything! As always, Divine Property have gone above and beyond any expectations in making sure we had an amazing holiday in Mykonos. It starts long before you arrive, with the beautiful villas they offer and the organization of everything relative to our arrival. Once there, we have never had to worry about anything. The best reservations in the best beach clubs and restaurants. We are always treated like royalty. Divine can organise it all, from helicopters to yachts to any kind of travel related issues, booking you for anything and everything you need, and making sure you get where you need to be in comfort and style. They will solve any issue with great devotion and incredible attention to detail. They will look into options even when you have not specified them, in order to give you all the possibilities and make your stay even easier than you were expecting. They are the most courteous, professional and dedicated people on the island. When you are there you will feel the protection of an extended family around you, taking care of all your needs, always with a smile. Thank you Divine as always for being the difference in our Mykonos experience!!!

My family and I stayed at Villa Nefelli in Mykonos for two weeks and it was the most amazing experience of my life. I am a well-travelled business man and Villa Nefelli is the perfect escape from everyday life especially with the current situations surrounding Covid-19. We had the most wonderful time.

The scenery and views are just breath taking and the management by Divine Property was outstanding, they were able to provide VIP access to top restaurants,
cars and doctors and were on hand 24/7 to assist with any requests.

Absolutely second to none and I would highly recommend.

We really want to thank Divine Property Team!! During last Summer, on August, 2018 we stayed in gorgeous The Crown Estate Villa in Psarrou with our friends during our Greece trip - and this place was beyond our expectations, facing the best beach in Mykonos, Psarrou Beach!
We have really enjoyed every moment, from our arrival in Mykonos, where a professional driver was waiting for us in Mykonos Airport in order to drive us to our villa, within 10 minutes driving distance and offering to us some general information about the island.
We truly had the best holiday ever for 10 nights, and did not want to leave this place,
At the check-in, Pavlos welcomed us by offering to us fresh mix juice and a welcome basket with fresh fruits, traditional delicacies and a bottle of white wine to enjoy during our stay. He also, explained to us every detail about this wonderful villa.
The Crown Estate Villa in Psarou is an amazing place to spend private, luxury holidays with your friends. The DivineTeam organized for us to have daily breakfast at the Villa with a private chef, the food was so delicious and it was an excellent service really!
The team was available at all times, offering their great assistance to always reserve the best tables for us at the most high-end beach bars, clubs and restaurants, it was so helpful!

The Villa is very spacious, clean and with an excellect design, and we definitely liked the private pool overviewing the Psarrou bay, where we were drinking our cocktails and listening to great sounds:)
We are coming back this year as well to stay again in this top notch villa and thank you so much for this unique experience, we highly recommend it!

My experience with divine was amazing! They picked me up from the airport and offered breakfast because it was early morning. I enjoyed my vacation and I will do it again with divine property for sure!

This year I had the most amazing experience with Divine Property. We were celebrating my bachelor with my best mates in Mykonos and I was in charge of all the scheduling and bookings which were made extremely easy and hassle free by the Divine Property team. We booked through them a stunning 6-bedroom villa (we were a party of 10 guys) with a private pool overlooking the most popular party beach in the island, Psarou beach. The villa was all we had hoped for and even more!! Everything was in perfect condition and perfect light, the design was modern and luxurious and the panoramic view to the deep blue Aegean Sea was honestly overwhelming. The team arranged our complimentary transfers to the villa from the airport (even though we did not all arrive at the same times) and were greeted at the villa during check in by two enthusiastic and polite members of the team and were offered a big platter of fresh fruits, drinks and a complimentary bottle of rose wine. We were given great recommendations on where to eat, drink and party on the island and the team arranged for us all the table reservations and never encountered any problems. As we were a big group we rented two cars to get around the island and they arranged it for us from day one. They even arranged for us a barbeque at the villa on one occasion where we enjoyed Greek delicacies and a lot of Greek wine. Overall, the experience will be one to remember for years!!

We were planning our trip to Mykonos to celebrate my friends bday so we really needed a big and comfortable villa so that we can stay all together. We searched online and came across divine property's website that have really stunning villas , and after communicating with them we finalized a beautiful villa with our own pool and sea views. The service was great, we felt that there was always someone to communicate with during our stay in case we had any issues or questions , they provided us with cleaning services and picked us up from the airport and they offered us great tips on where to go and what to do in the island.
Overall great experience from the team and highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Mykonos like a local.

They cover A to Z and I mean it. Not only they gave me a wide variety of villas to choose from but they took care of all my requests and needs during my stay in the island.
