I had an issue with a layout not working on my DIVI4 site. Support confirmed the issue and sent over an updated version of the DIVI plugin and it resolved the issue within 24 hours. Great experience!

I had a positive experience with the Divi Next support team while using Divi Essential with Divi 5. I reported an issue with category filtering in the Masonry Gallery module, where images assigned to two categories appeared under only one filter.

The team reviewed the details I provided and sent me a patched file that resolved the problem. Images now appear correctly under both category filters.

I've been using DiviNext products in Divi / WordPress websites for a number of years and I love everything they do to help enhance Divi and WordPress.

On a recent client site under development (not live) I was having an issue activating some DiviNext products, and the Support team looked into the issue for me, fixed the incompatibility issue, successfully activated the plugins for me, and kept me in the communication loop the entire time. That's the kind of support an agency (or any user) wants from a SaaS company. I could not recommend DiviNext highly enough!

We've been using Divi Essentials without any issues, until recently. With the major updates with WP and Divi, we had a few challenges with 1 website in particular. Some were due to 'user issues', but the support team at DiviNext were super responsive, and were able to correct our issues and get the site running as it should. Thank You Support!
