Perfect tennis bracelet, fantastic quality gold, diamonds and jewellery. They had so many options and were very patient and allowed me plenty to time to decide. After searching many websites and shops, I am so glad to have found Divour Diamonds. Very good prices and excellent service. Will definitely be back and cannot recommend them enough.

The diamond tennis bracelet bought was a custom size and received excellent service through text and e mail ensuring I got the correct gold, length, carat and clarity. Also had a double locking hinge. Delivered the following day and in a beautiful gift box. Would definitely buy from this company again. Very happy with the price too.

Ordered a diamond tennis bracelet online but had it made 7.5” long. The communication online and by phone was excellent. It took a few weeks to arrive but it was worth the wait. It’s beautiful, better than described. The colour and sparkle of the diamonds is amazing.

I am so glad I chose Divourdiamonds for my Tennis bracelet! There was a huge choice of metals, diamond size and quality. I wanted Platinum and good Quality diamonds and that is exactly what I got. Other sites only gave a choice of gold. I had 5ct and it looks stunning without being over the top. It was dispatched the day after I ordered it and was sent special delivery next day. very pleasant and satisfying experience. Thank you very much. Oh and nearly forgot, Great price!!

Wow! What fantastic service from Mr Shah, he listened to our requirements and never tried to push us in our purchase. 1 month later we picked up the most amazing full diamond eternity ring which has surpassed our expectations!! I have one very happy fiancé/future wife !! We cannot recommend Mr Shah and Divour Diamonds enough!

Aashay and the team did a great job for my tennis set order. I did a lot of searching online and their prices were unmatched. And the final product looked stunning. Recommended!

After some time, unfortunately I had to come back and downgrade my rating. After my order arrived I realized I had to resize them and this experience had a lot of friction and was far from 5 star.
First I had to reach out to them several times so that we can book for resizing (even when I agreed to pay for it). They'd promise to write back and wouldn't.
Second, after we managed to book, they resized wrongly! It's beyond me how they can make such a mistake when it's so easy to follow instructions..
And lastly, they tend to miss their promised deadline. This happened first with the original order though I didn't mention it in my early review, and then happened again with resizing. Not good image for a business.

Long story short, they are good place if you want beautiful jewellery at relatively affordable price but they have SEVERE lack of punctuality.

You can do much better guys.

What a great shopping experience!
I visited Divour Diamonds yesterday with my sister where we were warmly invited into a small office, not a flashy showroom.
Aashay & Dictar ( sorry if I’ve misspelled their names)
I was asked about budget, what jewellery I was interested in etc.
It was very relaxed, no pressure & lots of interesting information to help me make a difficult choice as I wanted to buy everything, a gorgeous selection of diamond bracelets.
We finally selected a beautiful bracelet & agreed to a good price with a discount.
There is such a good selection to choose from & the quality of the jewellery is amazing.
I am very happy with my new bracelet & would not hesitate to recommend Divour Diamonds.
You feel very comfortable in this friendly atmosphere & the great customer service is so refreshing & not at all like other pushier shops,
