I'm astonished and disappointed by the negative review on here, I feel sure there must have been some misunderstanding.

I've been around for a long time, I'm known by my associates as a discerning buyer, I double and triple check my Internet purchases for price and above all quality, together with the standard of service I receive.

My experience with the seller has been nothing less than exemplary apropos the exquisitely hand-crafted diamond tennis bracelet I purchased for my wife's birthday.

In a world of changing values, it exhibits the care and craftsmanship of earlier times in the jewellery business.

The description of the item was 100% accurate in all respects and exceeded my expectations.

In my view, we should treasure Jewellers of this genre, it is unlikely to be repeated in the era of mass production.

Truly disappointing experience and incredible poor quality. I bought my wife a 4crt tennis bracelet for Christmas which looked great in the display box when it arrived. The day after Boxing Day the bracelet snapped and fell off my wife’s wrist. I reached out to Devour and was advised to send it back and it would be replaced. I did as requested at my cost and the replacement arrived a few days later. My wife has worn it with no issues until yesterday when it came apart again. Lost all faith in company and I would advise anyone to steer well clear. I took the bracelet to a local independent jeweller who refused to criticise the product but informed me that it’s not the quality he would be happy with kinda said it all. I have emailed this business twice since the second break but total silence.
