Sometimes there are delays in shipment, but luckily I always received my package in good condition.

I've been buying from this store for many years, the products are good quality and the service provided is also fine.

Got the package but there was a small issue with the product. However, the Phonefix team responded quickly and resolved the issue well.

I purchased from diyfixtool.com, it was my first time purchasing and I was very happy with it, i purchased a JCID iPhone 12-16 Diagnostic OLED Screen No IC Transfer display for iPhone 12 Pro Max order number DIY22888 and chose shipping in 5/10 days, the order was placed on Monday 12 May, the package received today, Friday 16 May, the display was mounted without problems, everything worked perfectly! Very poor product and even worse customer service

I ordered a diagnostic tool for MacBooks, and it never worked from the start. I reported the issue immediately after first use, but instead of providing a solution, the seller kept dragging things out—asking for countless photos and videos, over and over again. Eventually, they found one video they could twist to shift the blame onto me.

The quality of the components is terrible, and their after-sales service is just as bad. I strongly advise against buying from this seller. Read the negative reviews across different platforms and you'll quickly understand who you're dealing with.

After posting my review, I was contacted by two representatives. One of them tried to convince me that I had never placed an order with them.

The second person started off politely, asking what the issue was. However, they seemed to believe they had already offered a solution. Over the course of two months of chatting with their colleague, I received no real help — just repeated, childish questions like asking for yet another video, or even questioning whether I had plugged the cable in correctly.

I’ve been running a repair shop for almost 10 years and have extensive experience with devices, yet they kept insisting that a solution had been offered. In reality, no actual solution was ever provided — just the suggestion to buy another item.

EDIT 2:
After sending photos of a chat with their representative to their employee, I received no further response. It was clear no help was offered. They talk a lot but provide no solutions, just dragging things out. A real disappointment.

Avoid this supplier.
