I have 2 different clients wearing this hair and I have only gotten to there second move up and the hair is tangling and splitting on the ends, all the length has also snapped. And both clients have there hair washed and blow-dried at salons once per week so everything is done correctly. I also have another supplier and the hair is in great conditionin and have multiple move ups. They also try to tell you ' your doing something wrong" like not colouring the hair correctly etc.

I’m so glad I did.I ordered Reign’s brown 20” extensions on Feb 16th, and they arrived just two days later. Packaging was neat, there was no odor, and the hair looked and felt incredibly soft right out of the box. Even my stylist was shocked when I told her they were from reign—she said they felt better than some high-end brands she’s worked with.I had them installed as a sew-in, which I typically wear for 4–6 weeks. The color, thickness, and texture blended seamlessly with my natural hair. I didn’t even wash the hair before installing it, and for the first week I used heat daily to curl them. To my surprise—no shedding, no breakage, and the curls held up beautifully.By week 2, I washed and deep conditioned the hair, still no issues. By week 4, the hair still felt just as soft, thick, and easy to manage as day one. That kind of consistency is rare for extensions—usually, by this point, they’re tangled or starting to look worn. But not with Reign. I still loosely braid them at night and sleep with a bonnet, and I make sure to use plenty of conditioner and brush gently. They’ve held up better than most salon-grade hair I’ve used.Now, full transparency—I did experience an issue with a previous order where the hair was thinner and tangled easily, and didn’t hold curl at all. I suspected it was a bad batch. I contacted the seller, and let me just say—the customer service was phenomenal. They immediately reached out, apologized, and shipped a replacement set free of charge. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days, and it really showed they care about their customers and product quality.The new set they sent was night and day—soft, no tangles, no weird shedding, and definitely higher quality.If you’re looking for affordable, high-quality hair extensions that blend beautifully, feel amazing, and come from a brand that truly supports its customers—Reign is 100% worth it. Zero stars I spent over 6000$ to use them to build a brand. The hair is trash feels horrible all my clients complained there hair was a matted mess within 3 weeks sent this company photos and proof and all they did was blame my clients mind you my clients have used extensions for years and never ever had this issue. The company blames you and your clients for “ heat damaging “ the hair after only 3 weeks. I’m a hairstylist myself and put these in my head used all amazing professional products heat protectant and low heat like the company told me to do and it’s a tangled mess every 4 seconds that you move. I’ve sent various pics to them and every single time they blame my clients and me and expect me to wait 12 business days for them to inspect every single strand of hair for 10+ clients for them to just lie and deam its heat damaged. They will be hearing from my lawyer as they sent fake quality reports and reviews and will not take fault for even one pack of hair. I’ve ordered literally 6000$ worth of hair and even used them for my customized packaging for a color ring as well.
