There was no single correspondence without a swift reply from them, all hands was on deck when I needed to extend my mortgage offer due to some delays by the seller. As I required a specialist lender, the money paid to DM Mortgages was worth it's weight in gold, and throughout the process they really took the time to get to know me and my requirements via a series of Teams calls. This is very different to many mortgage broking services, who treat you as a number and aim to rush you through the process via phone, which could result in you not getting the best product for you or being rejected.

I think the effort made to get to know you and your requirements helps both parties, and enables you to really get to grips with the process, especially if, like me, you are a first time buyer who has not been through the process before and value transparency and want to take the opportunity to ask questions.

I am now looking forward to completing the process with my solicitors and am looking forward to moving to London shortly after my 27th Birthday and to start 2023 with a new property and in a good place in life :)

My husband and I have just purchased our first home (completed on 23/09/2022) and DM Mortgages have been God sent.

We initially used a different Mortgage broker (even more expensive than DM Mortgages) but they let us down; we were at the verge of loosing the property.

DM Mortgages stepped in and Nicola achieved within days what the other broker did not achieve in months. By the end of that week, we had our Mortgage offer already.

My sister and I recently bought our first property and having Paul Cresswell as our mortgage broker was one of the best decisions we made during this whole process. Paul went above and beyond his role as our mortgage advisor. When we received our homebuyers report the surveyor had reported signs of asbestos. My sister and I were anxious and thought about pulling out. Having spoken to Paul we were able to get the property tested for asbestos and it came back with the all clear. Throughout this process Paul was extremely professional but also very approachable. He put things in very simple terms, this was extremely beneficial for us considering we were first-time buyers. Paul would also send us the minutes of each meeting an hour after the meeting took place. All around a very positive experience using DM mortgages and would different use them again and recommended them to friends and family.

Kulvinder Attwal has been amazing. She spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of life insurance and critical illness cover, especially when you have children. It is a lot to think about but she is very patient, she seems genuine and doesn’t mind explaining things in more detail. I would definitely recommend DM Mortgages.

Where to start. If you want your mortgage application approved then you should use DM Mortgages. DM Mortgages really are a mortgage broker that you can trust. I wasn’t worried about anything knowing that they always had my best interests at the forefront of every decision made.

As soon as my offer on the property was accepted, DM Mortgages got straight to work with the mortgage application which was submitted and approved in no time at all because they had already done their due diligence and mortgage in principle to ensure I met the lender’s requirements. They were confident that my mortgage application would be approved which it was.

Oh but it didn’t stop there. With the mortgage offer now in place, DM mortgages got straight to work again providing me support with mortgage protection, writing my will, building and contents insurance, income protection and many more. As you can imagine the list is endless of things to do next.

DM mortgages have been with me every step of the way and it hasn’t been stressful because this is a professional company who act accordingly at all times. The whole process has been very smooth. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience with Dunham McCarthy Mortgages. We highly recommend 10/10. We just stumbled across with this company through Nicola Mckenzie's You Tube Channel. Then she introduced us to Robin Horsman. Robin Horsman is an experienced and great Senior Adviser of Dunham Mccarthy. He explained to us complex information simply and clearly. Our case was difficult but Robin made sure that we can get a mortgage and update us every now and then. Whenever we have questions, he always replies back and explained the processes brilliantly.
