TERRIBLE SUPPORT

I purchased the Unreal bundle and needed help with the installation because it simply did not work. Despite opening numerous support tickets, the only response I ever received was: “follow the guide.”

The support is completely useless. There is zero real assistance, zero accountability, and absolutely no concern for the customer. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with such a lack of professionalism.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform. Do NOT waste your money here under any circumstances.

Trash support

I buy one complete bundle with fuser + makcu + dma card 75t from discord from a guy Diversity , paid in crypto directly, he sent me the bundle , but when I got the bundle and I needed help , he stopped replying to my messages.
I am now stuck and don't know what to do...
I have to go with chatgpt and research for hours on what to do and what I'm doing wrong.
Support is trash...Diversity only talked with me until he took my money...
Don't buy from them !

i got my hardware on time and the staff has been very helpful and keeping us up to date with what is going on with the items, im excited to get home from work and try out the fw i received, i dont believe in perfect reviews but i think in the near future this will be a 5 star worthy company.

Worst support and fw

The firmware does not work, the support is most likely dead since they reply one every 14hours with stuff like "check guides". Their support tickets system forum is absolute ass. Been back and forth with someone for 4 days now and im still not getting any firm answers.

Their firmware is a gamble

Their firmware is a gamble, and they don't make it clear. You have to buy the firmware risking it not even being compatible with your motherboard. And if it's not compatible you get no refund and your basically just screwed unless they come up with one later on. They inform you about this in their terms of services but its buried deep.

The hardware is fine, but don't buy the firmware there. You might as well throw the €170 out the window. First you wait four weeks for it, then it's blocked after 10 days. Their support is crap. Their firmware is a scam.

dichen fuaer and makcu

i recently bought a dichen fuser and a makcu from dma kingdom it did have 3 delays which were kinda annoying but that isn’t dma kingdom’s problem thats more a ups issue other then that product came as described dichen fuser was completely plug and play as explained in the description very happy with my order thank you guys

Research and think before buying

Its clear the people that work at DMA kingdom are working hard, however there are serious issues that make me write this review. The product arrived quickly and as described, the setup instructions were pretty straight forward as long as you can dig through the discord server (and now new website) to figure it out.

The downside of this company is 100% the communication. The only way to stay updated with what is happening in relation to Firmware release is to scroll through the single chat page on the discord server. There are very rare announcements, typically over a week, before you learn whether firmware is available, whether it is detected etc. No ETA is ever provided, typically it is 'hinted' at in the discord to try and keep people happy. Most recently the firmware was detected (across a number of their competitors also) and mods were aware, there was no announcement related to this, a number of customers were banned and all customers had to wait for the external developer to build some new firmware. Approximately 1 week later a new firmware became available and by the time it was provided to customers it was detected. Again there was very little communication related to this other than some random comments in the discord channel, there were no official announcements and currently the Firmware has been detected an unavailable for 2 weeks.

If communication was improved it would be more understandable and at least give customers some update without having to scroll through a long and extremely off topic discord chat. Most recently the discord has been full of antisemitic comments, comments and long discussion on child exploitation and racist memes. It is not an enjoyable experience for a customer just looking for an update as to when they expect to begin to use to product they paid for.

We have moved over to the new forum support as it is more professional and better for the customer. We have taken your feedback on board and will start posting more regular updates when we can. It is hard to as we solely rely on the developer for these updates etc. So you are currently updated so rarely due to it would be us just making stuff up otherwise. Also, we have been making regular announcements there is a chance you just have not seen them as we are testing new software. We are working tirelessly to create bigger solutions for the FW scene so these issues do not occur. Currently, we can only apologise as you see many providers are currently struggling. These issues are relatively new for us as well.

Initially gave me a banned FW from the


Initially gave me a banned FW from the get go almost a month now. They Tried to deny it was banned as “haven’t heard anyone else say it” then everyone started reporting it so they made a disclaimer letting everyone know.. now I’ve been waiting (also lots of others experiencing the same) nearly 3 weeks and they physically refuse to give me my Firmware that I paid for. Opening a dispute today with my bank on them and will also notify them about their fraudulent bank transfers and what they are doing. Support staff are the worst I’ve ever seen try and run a business. Not to mention they also flag reviews trying to get them taken off if you leave them a bad review. Staff Untraceable leaves support tickets you open on their site so your left talking to yourself. Was asked to show my DNA ID and receipt which I did then “Untraceable” staff member leaves the conversation. Then again he done the same the second time. Admit “T” also speaks to you like your dirt on the bottom of their shoe sending you capital letter messages for aggression etc. They also lie and pretend that they “Pre-flash” they’re Fusers which is a complete lie they don’t even require a flash. Fraud fraud frauds..

There are many things wrong here. Firstly, we do not flag or remove any reviews? Especially on here as its almost impossible I would imagine. We respond to everyone and fix their issue on here thats why some will be removed (by the person who left the review). FW is having delays and issues with every company. Blocks happen often and thats what warranty is for. Weve had 3 ban waves in the past 2 weeks and EVERY FW provider has had to struggle through these times. I assure you these issues you are having is not specific to us currently. Please refer to Dichen official website where you can find more information on the fuser, not all fusers are made the same but we sell pre flashed ones. DM Devious128 on discord if I can help you any further please :) I'm sure I can clear up many of the issues you are experiencing. Sorry this has been the case!
