The Product and Support is very good.
I got the VGK version which is doing what it is intended to do and more.
The Support helped me without question and answered me very fast and gave me detailed instructions to everything.

Had some problems with the first card as it was broken and so they helped me alot and replaced my card and sent me a new one real quick.

No lags, no choppy audio , or anything. Overall everything is smoother than before when I had my 35t. I used to have a lot of issue and it all went away when I updated to the 100t and new firmware. Thanks again for all you guys help

Delivery of Product- 1-2 hours fast

Great hardware, delivery was crazy fast. Support was awesome but on some occasions it was a bit hard to understand.

I got a dc500 from their site, the shipping took 1-2 days longer than expected but other than that everything was great, the fuser worked good and the support was nice when I had questions, I highly recommend

Can’t go wrong with them. Staff it’s perfect and they will help you with what you need and if something doesn’t not work for you they will they or at least give you advice. I recommend them 10/10 best service and product

Quality of product is the best you can get, by far and is built to have the capability of the best experience when using DMA.

I struggled a little with support due to my own inexperience and frustration. But hey im human, they where very patient with how they dealt with me, RUKIZU is a saint for putting up with me and I can only apologise for being hard work.

Im super happy with the results and I can only express how grateful I am that he decided to get all my issued resolved.
