This store sells poor quality clothes. The product images are very misleading. Return policy is terrible. I bought a cotton dress titled "Jessica Persian Red Dress" from them that was labeled "final sale" and I ended up with a dress whose neck hole wouldn't even stretch! I couldn't even pull the dress over my head to get it on and I'm a petite person. Absolutely unethical and absurd. I feel scammed. I emailed them about this and received no response. Very shady company. Do not buy or support their business.

The return policy is ridiculous: store credit only, with restrictions (e.g., no final sale items, no holiday sale items, etc.). Even though I was not informed of the inability to return Memorial Day sale items during checkout, they still rejected my return. A professional, reputable, and forthcoming business should be transparent with their clients; the buyer should not have to peruse the website to search for each and every "fine print" detail. How should I have known a holiday sale item wouldn't be accepted for return if not informed? Now I'm out almost $200. DO NOT RISK buying from this site.

This store has a shady return policy. Beware! They will NOT return. They will only give store credit and it has to be within 14 days. I was not aware of this. I was on a trip and tried to return it within 20, with tags, receipt, and never worn. Trust me, they do not want it back. I am now left with $100 swimsuit I will never wear.

They do not offer refunds only a credit to the store. This place sells the same swimsuits year after year it’s no wonder they won’t offer a refund. They can get rid of the tired old products

ROBO!!!! a evitar este negocio a cualquier coste a no ser que quiere ser engañado. yo he comprado dos zapatillas de este sitio a través de plataforma de miravia y cuando he recibido el paquete he visto que habia solo una caja. me puse en contacto con la tienda y miravia y me dijeron que el paquete se ha entregado y que han enviado dos cajas. Yo fui a correos para ver qué ha pasado y porque había solo una caja y pedir el peso exacto del envío y el correo me dijo que este sitio no pone el peso exacto y pone un peso estimado. Así que no había manera de saber que había dentro de paquete. Luego escribo a ellos y miravia y me dicen que habían enviado dos, y yo pido que me enviaran un documento oficial que había dos cajas y nada! así que este negocio es un ROBO! ¡Ahora estoy en el proceso de denunciar este negocio!

ROBBERY!!!! Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to be deceived. I have bought two shoes from this site through the Miravia platform and when I received the package I saw that there was only one box. I contacted the store and Miravia and they told me that the package had been delivered and that they had sent two boxes. I went to the post office to see what had happened and why there was only one box and to ask for the exact weight of the shipment and the post office told me that this site does not put the exact weight and puts an estimated weight. So there was no way to know what was inside the package. Then I write to them and Miravia and they tell me that they had sent two, and I ask them to send me an official document that there were two boxes and nothing! So this business is ROBBERY! Now I am in the process of reporting this business!

had ordered a linen shirt, it looked nice in the photo, after I ordered it I saw that it came from China and not from Italy as the site suggested.
had to wait more than three weeks, the shirt arrived, simply crumpled up in a plastic bag, to my horror it was made of polyester and not linen, there was also no label in the neck where the material is normally stated, the color was also not the same, return it is not an option costs almost as much as the shirt cost.
in short, scammers, Chinese junk that you can also buy on AliExpress for much less money.

Total scam - says clothing made in USA - made in China. Poor quality. Sizing is way out. Arm holes so small a child cannot put hand in. Cannot do a return. Wants an order number but only order number I have is thru PayPal purchase and website says no such order. Waste of 100% money

Stay away from this company !! I ordered some goods but never received the items ! I asked them several times and they told me that the goods are delivered !! Maybe somewhere but not at my place !!

Superslecht bedrijf! Doet zich voor als Nederlands, duurt vervolgens bijna 4 weken voor het artikel in huis is. Dan kun je helaas wel nagaan dat dit uit China komt. Retour sturen omdat het niet past, wat een drama! Kosten 25 euro, jurkje was 30 euro. Terwijl er duidelijk op de site staat dat als iets niet past het retour kan. Kan dus ook maar zo laat je het wel!! Erg jammer dit, ik bestel daar nooit weer🤨

BEWARE!!!! After spending time picking out items, it said free shipping, got to payment and as I was about to click pay, the amount added on £120 for shipping! Luckily I saw it change. Did it 3 times, the same. Tried to email with the only 2 emails they give, and they don’t exsist!! Absolutely a con!!

Terrible customer service! I was trying to enter a discount code and accidentally pressed the "purchase now" button. I immediately emailed the business (there is no other way to contact them directly) telling them what I had done and asked them to cancel the order. After three days of emailing and getting no response I finally put a comment on an instagram post and received a reply. Their response was that they cannot cancel orders because it's too confusing for their system. So - not even an offer to refund the 20% off discount code I was trying to enter or suggest any other alternative. Now I am stuck with a dress I WAY overpaid for plus $81 in shipping fees- which - what costs $81 to ship???!!! I know it was my fault for pressing the wrong button but I was expecting some kind of help from this company. I have told all my friends that follow them to NEVER purchase from them!
