🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Outstanding Service from an Amazing Team!

Katie Dawes and Sam Williams at DNA Financial Solutions were absolutely incredible throughout our purchase journey. They truly got us out of a difficult situation and guided us every step of the way.

They kept us regularly updated, constantly reassured us, and were always just a phone call away, even when things didn’t go to plan, their communication never dropped. It made all the difference knowing they genuinely cared and were fully invested in helping us.

I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough or thank them enough…. they are an absolute credit to the industry and an amazing team to have on your side.

DNAfit is great - the report is fascinating - extremely useful - and the company is really helpful.
Also the nutritionist follow up session was great too.

I want to hear from anyone above this review if you have been a victim of this company saying they have lost your sample. I had this a few times and it sounds totally dodgy.

Whilst the process of the DNA test is efficient and results really easy to interpret - without a suitable tool to use that information to incorporate sustainable lifestyle changes the results are useless. The main reason I opted for DNA fit was the meal planner tool in order to implement a diet that would fit my optimal diet type.

However, the meal planner is really ineffective, yes it generates a meal plan automatically that would cater to your RDA, but a lot of the recipes use a wide range of ingredients that are not readily available (and lack UK equivalents). This makes things difficult and very costly.

You can edit your meal plan and select alternative recipes, but then it alters your macros and knocks everything out. Rather than giving you alternatives that will allow you to stay within your RDA - you have to guess at these from endless options so the process becomes a painstaking trial and error exercise. It is a massive headache!

The weekly shopping lists end up being colossal. I would end up spending an enormous amount of money and the food waste would be criminal.

The DNA fit meal plan feature is what encouraged me to purchase but I am left feeling very disappointed as it is completely impractical. Without a suitable tool to implement my DNA Fit results - they mean nothing. I feel like I've wasted my money.

If you just want the results and you have the expertise to meal plan (or can pay someone to do a meal plan for you) - then the service is good. Just don't assume the meal planner will allow you to achieve your goals.

Great and insightfull.

After a somewhat rocky start over a year ago with testing, getting results, etc. I FINALLY was able to have the personal consultation with the nutritionist. I was surprised to find that it was very enlightening. She clarified the results, offered practical advice on incorporating the details in my diet, and promised to send a recap of our conversation.

The professional who advised me in the health consultation was very precise and polite in his answers and took my report obtained in the DNI Test to give me some advice related with it

My doctor includes this in her private practice… GAME CHANGER! I have lost -107 lbs and still going! The findings flew in the face of what every doctor ever told me. A modified Keto-Paleo style of eating jived best with my results that found my carb sensitivity (I am sucrose intolerant) and telling me the bulk of my diet should be good fats? Huh? IT WORKED!

It has been amazing to FINALLY, without surgery, be able to lose and maintain a weight loss just by adjusting a few things and cutting out all high processed foods. Best best best thing I ever had done!

The experience was good as the interaction with the consultant was positive and she was patient to help me understand. Due to my time zone my call was at 3am in the morning and I did respond at the first call but I sent a message and she called back. Thank you for being helpful.

The results changed my life in the area "Physical Sports and Hobbies". I

1-Finally understood and accepted I am not (and never was) an elite athlete from birth who was always destined to be an Olympian/World Champion/Professional athlete but who just never got the focus or opportunities I felt I should have.

2-Finally understood why I wasn't getting anywhere (or regressing) with my training towards achieving goals I had set for myself.

3-Finally was able to tailor the types of events and goals (and their subsequent training) to leap forward and start realizing achievements (within my ability level) I had never before come to close (or had achieved but experienced alot of pain or exhaustion in the process and/or after the event).

Michaela was fantastic, she explained my results perfectly and helped with suggestions on my dietary needs.

The content of the reports was useful and full of detail and covers many areas such as diet, exercise, sleep etc. The phone consultation was useful for any questions and to get further recommendations. Overall a positive experience and I would say it was worth the money

Overall, I am pleased with what DNA fit offers, it's insightful and personal. The 1:1 consult was worth the wait. Customer service was prompt, kind and thorough. I would recommend them as a starting place to anyone trying to get the maximum benefit from their food.

Very easy to complete with a comprehensive report. Hard to know how absolutely personal a DNA type test is, but it is part of the evidence gathering that can be helpful to increase understanding.

The DNAfit kit arrived really quickly and instructions were easy to follow. I received my results much quicker than expected and there were lots of dietary, health and fitness insights that I will use moving forwards. The reports were easy to read and digest, and there are lots of bite-size infographics. Would recommend if you’d like to find out more about how you can improve your fitness journey!
