I found the process very easy in terms of swabbing & sending off for analysis. The results were fascinating and highlighted many different aspects of my life, diet & exercise that I need to improve on. Thank you very much for an excellent service.

I’m an elite Masters endurance athlete and decided to invest in a DNA test to see if it could guide my training and lifestyle issues. I’m glad that I did it and think it was a good investment. Some results confirmed what I suspected, whilst other results highlighted sensitivities that I couldn’t have known about without a test. I found the follow-up phone call to be very comprehensive and worth waiting for.

test was easy to do, results were quick to come back and consultation was great. took a bit of time to book consult as availibility was scarse at the time but once booked and discussing the results, it was great.

Very informative. Has allowed me to focus on the things i need for my body and keep doing the things thats right and work on things that are not great. Glad i done this now but wish i done this before/earlier.

Getting the separate breakdowns of Diet, Fitness, Nutrients, Sleep & Stress has allowed me to tweak my diet, focus on the right exercises that works for my body type, review my vitamins/supplements intake and get a better nights sleep. The consultation call after I got my DNA report was quite helpful and productive.

Overall DNA fit has been great. I really like the tests that told me what foods I have a high sensitivity for.

DNA fit was really easy to use and I was very pleased with the presentation of the information. The bite-sized information is great for quick reading, but they also back this up with plenty of detail if you want to go into it.

The data I received is not relevant at all for me + need to buy extra products to actually use it

Really useful of data. Some of the results you see add up to thing that have happened/you currently experience. Other results are useful in helping you decide what foods, etc would be useful for your body type going forwards. Not one size fits all for health and wellbeing and it's great to see some tailored results.

The process is simple and the results are quick

It gives us insight of our health and well being. Most of their findings are accurate. It helps us understand more about ourselves.

I did my DNA fit about 2 years ago. I could not believe how many results came back from the test. I still read through my results, as it gives you so much information what's unique to me.

I also had the Snap shot blood test, which was very interesting.

I would recommend to have the test done, remember you only have to do the DNA test once, but I will look to have another Snap shot blood test in the future.

Theres so much to learn about ones self and internal growth. This product is easy to use and if you have difficulty understanding your report, they provide a service to have someone explain it to you. Great product.

I bought the premium kit in one of their frequent sales. Everything went well and the results are insightful. Getting an appointment with the 2 professionals that was included took a while but they were really helpful to fully understand the results.

The most annoying bit is that the results are available through an app but not just in the web browser.

I'd recommend the service if you'd like insights in your health instead of geneology like most other services offer. Just keep in mind the limits of DNA analysis.

Easy to buy, promotions and very good discounts from time to time, easy to collect and send back, user friendly interpretations and actionable tips in the report.
