Excellent feedback
I git the DNA fit for my birthday after asking for it. I wanted to know how I could amplify my health and what I needed to know about how my dna affected my health. The info was easy to understand and the phone call I got around food and activity was really helpful. Its like having a personal trainer and nutritionist who know 100% what you need as an individual. Would recommend.

I am giving this company a 1 star as…
After posting this message, I received a genuine apology, an upgrade and support via email from Jared. My results will still take a few weeks, but they've been honest with the expectations.
Update!
Emailed jared.baldwin, no response so I called them up and was told that my email ended up in their junk mail and my test kit is missing. They offered to send me a new one which I declined as it will take another 3 weeks or more. After requesting a refund, I received an email a few days later to activate my test kit. So I rang again and was told that they found my test kit and I will receive my results in a few days. Still nothing!
I am giving this company a 1 star as it's been over 2 weeks and I have received no information on my diet after spending £96.85. I've tried calling but no answer, very disappointing.

My DNAfit experience
I am very pleased with DNAFit’s professional and scientific approach. I have received excellent dietary advice fron their dietician, Roxanne Smith and I achieved all my targets much before the 12 week period of weekly consultations was over. I’m now aware of how to eat healthier and take care of my health

I was scammed
I purchased the complete package uploading data from my heritage. It took 3 days and 5 emails to get someone to look into it. They advertise results in 5 minutes but it is not true. After 3 days I had to re upload my data and i got the results only to find out that 40% of the outcome data “was missing”.
I’ve contacted customer service again and got someone to email me only after another 2 days and many emails. They shrug it off saying that with myheritage data you don’t get the full analysis because they don’t analyse certain things. I told them that they should let people know about this before letting them buy the full package at full price. But i receive no answer again. Poor service, non ethical, no customer service. The worse out there to be honest. I feel scammed.

This company is a fraud, unresponsive and not helpful
This company is a fraud. they don't answer phone or reply to your emails. after mailing my kit its been over 2 months and they have not acknowledged that if they received the kit or not. keep asking same questions yet they have no clue as to if they received my kit or they just lost it.

A+ customer service. Sorted an issue right away.
I had an issue with the order and the customer service team reached out to me and sorted this out. I got a full refund and they even offered to send me a new solution at their cost and I appreciate this level of service.

Extremely Slow
Well, I'm sure the information would be great to have if I could ever get it. I ordered a kit last fall, it arrived two months later. I promptly sent my sample back in and registered online (per the directions) expecting my analysis within the promised two weeks. That was six weeks ago. This was a good chunk of money for me to spend, so I'm disappointed that the product has taken so long and that there's been no explanation or communication from the company.
