The results of my test provided information that helped explain health issues I've been dealing with. Follow-up questions I had regarding the results got a quick response and provided clear answers. It usually takes 2 weeks for the sample to be processed, once we receive it from our clients. We would like to send you replacement kit with instructions for delivery, a customer service representative will reach out to you ASAP.
