Doddl were absolutely fantastic helping us get our mortgage. They showed us the options to let us pick the right mortgage for us, and were fantastic with letting us know everything that had to be done, and helping us get all our documents together. I also can't speak highly enough about their help in getting mortgage protection and home insurance. We had a lot we needed to do, but the team (especially Marina and Caitriona) helped us at every turn. I can't imagine going through this process without them, we'll be recommending them to everyone going forward

Couldn’t recommend Doddl enough. They were so helpful and very polite and lovely to speak to. There was no chasing them looking for updates, they came to us as soon as they knew anything. They did such a good job and I’m grateful for all their help especially Soricha, Jacqueline and Debbie. They deserve a bonus!!

We had an outstanding experience with Doddl (especially Tara, Kate, Hazel, Caitriona) and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of the process including which lender is best for you depending on your unique circumstances. What makes Doddl even more amazing is their ability to stay one step ahead at all times as they always anticipated exactly what would be needed next, which kept everything moving smoothly and as quickly as possible. On top of that, they were always friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. They made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well-managed!

My wife and I are first-time buyers, and after doing our research online, we decided to go with Doddl. As self-employed applicants, our case wasn’t the most straightforward, but they made the entire process so much easier.
A big thank you to Jacqueline, Aisling, Kiara, Ciaran, Soricha, and especially Debbie, who helped us through to closing. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and incredibly quick to respond throughout.
If I could suggest one improvement, it would be an update to the portal. It’s generally easy to navigate and upload documents, but occasionally there are glitches or delays where documents show a warning even after being reviewed by staff. That said, it didn’t affect the overall process.
Overall, I would highly recommend Doddl to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience. Thanks again to the whole team!

Doddl have been truly amazing during this whole process. They provide great advice, are prompt communicators and even offer a calm tone of "we'll get this sorted" when you are in the midst of a very stressful process. I cannot recommend them enough. If you are buying a home, use Doddl!

I highly recommend this company. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
I must say I was a little dubious about them initially only for the fact I had never heard of them and that they do not charge a cent for their service. But they were recommended to me by a colleague who had had a great experience so I decided to go with them. And from start to finish they were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I dealt with a few different people, Aaron, Jack, Lydia, Emily, who were all so helpful and so nice. But I must give a special mention to Áine Gavin in the mortgage department who has been my point of contact since last July. She literally looked after me each step of the way, on hand if I had any questions, big or small. She is such a lovely woman to deal with. Also Hazel Kirwan from the life team who helped me set up all my insurance and protection policies. Again she is so lovely and was very helpful. Explained everything about each stage to me. I cannot recommend this company enough. I have purchased a property on my own and I had no idea what to expect or what to do but these people made it so easy and effortless for me. They are professional and so courteous. Thank you Doddl 😊

Everyone was so professional and easy to deal with, having the life assurance and home insurance advice in one place was also really useful. Gave us lots of info on the best rates, would highly recommend.

Amazing from beginningto end, as an "older" couple ( early 40s ) also first time buyers, we went into the process completely blind and very confused, we remained that way throughout 😅 if it wasn't for all the help, support, advice and support from Doddle we wouldn't have managed the process at all !
We discovered I could be in a tricky situation regarding a previous loan from many many years ago, but doddle sorted it all out in a couple of days, I didn't have to do a thing myself, they literally took what could have been a deal breaker and sorted it all out.

They answered all of our ( mine mainly ) what seemed like, and im sure they were, stupid questions, they explained every step in a way that made it feel less complicated and took the majority of the stress out of the whole situation start to finish.

Any messages always answered quickly, and kept us in the loop every step of the way.

Made the whole process very easy, and quicker application process than with banks directly.

They made what could have been a stressful property purchase feel straightforward and manageable by clearly guiding me through each step.

I always felt well informed, and the advice was transparent and trustworthy. The online portal was convenient for uploading documents and keeping things moving, but what really stood out was the personal support from the team. They were quick to call whenever something needed clarification, which meant I never felt uncertain about what was happening next.

I felt that the team genuinely had my best interests at heart, and I would strongly recommend doddl to anyone looking for mortgage advice and support.

It was an unbelievably awful experience that was saved by Doddl! We almost lost the sale but Doddl really pushed things forward at an amazing pace and clutched victory from the jaws of defeat. Shoutout to Jacqueline for really going above and beyond.

XXI century approach to the whole process. We went AIP in November and got keys to our house on 31st of January. Yes you deal with multiple people throughout the process but that means someone is always there to answer your emails. Its great to see the whole process being a little bit more hassle free.

The team at Doddl are amazing. Genuinely so kind, persistent and knowledgeable. I'd have probably given up with the stress of it all if I didn't have them in my corner. I dealt with Áine, Soricha and Elaine and they were all fantastic. Soricha and Elaine in particular did Trojan work for us, above and beyond and we're so grateful. 10000% recommend having them to help with the process.

Excellent help and communication throughout our mortgage switching process. Very clear interface to help you organise what you need in order to switch in terms of documents and really on the ball staff who make regular contact if something is incomplete or needs editing. Couldnt speak more highly of the service.

Fantastic brokers, everyone we dealt with were super knowledgable and understanding.

People say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do, and although we found that to be true, the Doddl team made it so much better. They were on hand and responsive to any (potentially silly) questions we had. They knew each step through and through, and handled all the tricky bits and pieces in terms of forms and insurances. All while being very sound and straight forward. I couldn't recommend them more!
