Worked with Beam for a second time and again they were brilliant. Jesutofunmi and Laurie both went above and beyond during my mortgage journey and I can't thank them enough. Thanks so much for everything!

A big thank you to Grainne, Claire, Kyle and Zack for helping to see through a house purchase made difficult and lengthy by other parties! They listened and responded to my queries quickly and effciently, through some particularly stressful times, and were also super quick with everything on our side of the purchase. Beam provided a fantastic experience for me as I purchased my first home. They were professional and friendly every step of the way with great communication and use of technology, I was kept up to with developments on the purchase as things went by.

Well what can I say. I decided to choose Beam as my Solcitors for my journey of buying my first home. At the start I was dealing with Charlotte Harte who was absolutely brilliant as a first contact, made everything so easy to understand and talked me through everything. I was then allocated Gráinne Hutchinson as my Solcitor and Gráinne Linnane Case Manager, what a duo. It must be record time from going Sale Agreed to Getting my keys with minimum stress. They were absolutely fantastic, so quick in responding to any queries, so professional, and made sure I understood everything before we moved forward to the next step. It really feels like they care about their clients and understand that the process is stressful and attempt to put you at as much ease as possible. Not alone were they absolutely fantastic to deal with but were very reasonable in their price. I also had some dealings with Claire towards the end of the process who again was beyond brilliant. I cannot thank the team enough and if there was more than 5 stars to give they would be getting it.

We recently purchased a home as first time buyers using both Doddl and Beam throughout the process and could not recommend Beam enough.

All the way through the process they were professional, understanding, kind and prompt with their communication. We never felt like we were left waiting or hanging on any query.

In particular, I would like to mention Claire, Laurie and Ruth who throughout the process handled our case with care and professionalism. They provided accurate and timely information and were always on the front foot, we felt as though they truly cared about us and our journey to purchasing our first home which was greatly appreciated.

This process can be stressful and troublesome for a lot of people, and we can safely say that Beam did their utmost to make things as smooth and stress-free for us as possible.

Working with Beam was really smooth. Very responsive, we got the whole process wrapped up in a couple of months.

Our dream of owning a house was all made possible with Beam. We could not recommend them enough. Always helpful and easy to communicate with.

Pros:
- Platform and workflow visibility is great
- Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and competent

Cons:
- Experience highly dependent on the case manager assigned (mine switched half way through and it went from great to poor experience)
- No proactive communication, milestones being reached without updating me I only find out via the workflow tracker
- Slow response times

I cannot recommend nor discourage anyone from using them.

The team at Beam was very approachable, and worked very efficienty. They liaised actively with all parties involved on our behalf, and were always happy to answer a phone call. We're very happy with the work they've done. They made sure we were well looked well after and went the extra mile for us!

Myself and my partner were recommended Beam by our broker, as we went sale agreed on our first home. Right from the get go, the people at Beam were friendly, professional, efficient and extremely well organised. We had access to a portal which showed the whole process and timeline, so we never felt in the dark about anything and had full visibility of where we were at, with regards to signing/closing. 10/10 would recommend. Their service is exceptional, quick to respond to emails and expert advice from solicitors. Always felt backed and supported by the team, during what turned out tob be a lengthy process. Another nice feature is their platform for keeping track of progress. We definitely made the right decision by choosing Beam!
